A compelling new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today noting that Washington has not yet officially proposed to organize a meeting between President Putin and President Trump at the upcoming G-20 Summit in Japan later this month, states that this is an expected occurrence as an already convulsing United States is about to be shaken even further to its core—with the greatest blow expected to come this week via a US Supreme Court ruling in the Gundy v. United States case that will deal a “Death Blow” to the leftist administrative state (aka “Deep State”)—and Trump himself “Declaring War” on his nation’s Silicon Valley tech giants—the ferocity of which was just displayed a few hours ago when Google watched as its YouTube, Gmail and Snapchat services, along with Facebook and its Instagram service, were suddenly taken down—and whose cause of has now been traced to Trump having authorized a “test” of his country’s “Internet Kill Switch”. [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

According to this report, President Trump, since taking power in January-2017, has been in continuous battle with what is known as the “administrative state”—otherwise known as the “Deep State” that comprises an ever spiraling out of control unelected bureaucracy forced upon the Executive Branch of the US Government by the Legislative Branch seeking to gain powers not granted to it by the US Constitution.

Two times in the 1930’s, this report details, the Judicial Branch of the US Government came to the aid of the Executive Branch fighting against Legislative Branch overreach—the first in the case Panama Refining Co. v. Ryan and the second in the case A.L.A. Schechter Poultry Corp. v. United States—both of which saw the US Supreme Court, in 1935, ruling that it was unconstitutional for the Legislative Branch to give up its lawmaking and regulative powers to the Executive Branch—in other words, they told the US Congress to go back to work and make their own laws and regulations.

Both of these US Supreme Court rulings, however, this report notes, came up against the powerful Democrat Party President Franklin D. Roosevelt who was actively colluding with the Legislative Branch to transfer its constitutional duties and powers illegally to the Executive Branch—and after these two 1935 rulings telling the US Congress to get back to work, then saw Roosevelt threatening to pack the US Supreme Court with enough leftist judges to get the rulings he wanted—which, of course, saw the US Supreme Court backing down, and in the over 80-years since, has seen conservative and liberal justices alike deferring to the division of labor that these two branches of government agreed to—and the US Constitution be damned.

Democrat Party President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s threat to pack the US Supreme Court created the “Deep State”

For the first time in over 80-years, though, this report continues, President Trump is making a first in history direct assault upon the “administrative state”—and whose weapons are the US Supreme Court cases Gundy v. United States and American Institute for International Steel, Inc. v. United States—the first of which involves a law dealing with convicted sex offenders, and the second being against Trump’s authority to level tariffs—but both of which deal with Article 1, Section 1 of the US Constitution that vests the US Congress with “all legislative powers”—a power that is unalienable, meaning the US Congress can’t decide to let courts or Executive Branch agencies make law.

Wielding these Trump weapons in the US Supreme Court to destroy the “administrative state”, this report explains, are his two appointed US Supreme Court Associate Justices—the first being Justice Neil Gorsuch, who has long held that the US Congress can’t give up its lawmaking power to the Executive Branch—and the second Justice Brett Kavanaugh, who in a ruling when he was a lower court judge, slammed the “administrative state” and wrote “Congress’s failure to enact general climate change legislation does not license an agency to take matters into its own hands”—and whose consequence of the Politico News Service has warned about in their article titled “How a Sex Offender’s Case Before the Supreme Court Could Bring Down the Administrative State” by their stating:

A post-Gundy nation may be one in which Congress faces even higher hurdles than those it already faces.

Instead of merely having to get a majority of the House, a filibuster-proof Senate majority, a veto-empowered president and aggressive courts on board, lawmakers may have to spell out in excruciating detail how agencies have to do their jobs.

Imagine already overwhelmed lawmakers having to micromanage thousands of scientists and financial regulators in between constituent services and fundraising.

Not a recipe for success.

Gundy v. United States is the most important case the American people are not being allowed to know about

At the same time President Trump is waging this battle to the death against the leftist “administrative state”, this report further notes, he has now “declared all-out war” against the leftist high tech overlords of Silicon Valley, too—with Google being warned to “Be Afraid, Be Very Afraid” as loyal Trump forces in the US Department of Justice target them for destruction—Facebook being warned by Trump’s loyal forces that its faces up to $5 billion in fines—and global internet sales giant Amazon being warned it has now come under heightened scrutiny from Trump’s anti-trust regulators, too.

Any of these Silicon Valley tech giant overlords doubting President Trump’s power and resolve to bring them down, this report states, just got a “warning wake up call” earlier today when all of their websites and services suddenly stopped working—to include thousands of users of Google’s Nest services who found themselves locked out of their own homes—an outage that is now looking to be the largest in history—and that experts the world over are now confirming was caused by the use of the “Internet Kill Switch” only Trump is authorized to activate.

While now battling against both the “administrative state” and Silicon Valley overlords, this report points out, President Trump continues waging war against the leftist “fake news” media, too—who, in the past 24-hours alone, have made lying claims to upend Trump foreign policy about Russian military forces in Venezuela and comically saying North Korea was executing its nuclear arms negotiators, as well as their publically “naming and shaming” a young black Trump supporter because he posted a funny video mocking Democrat Party leader Nancy Pelosi—a self appointed right these leftist lunatic journalists have given to themselves as best exampled by The Washington Post having just smugly declared “the best journalists in the United States are in many ways more elite and more cosmopolitan than the American public in general”.

June 3, 2019 (Tony Cartalucci – NEO) – In its march toward yet another war, the United States accuses Iran of using military force to establish itself as a “regional hegemon.” It accuses Iran of being the largest state sponsor of terrorism in the world. It accuses Iran of aiding rebels in Yemen, the government in Syria, and Hezbollah in Lebanon.

But what the United States leaves out about Iran is just as important as what it accuses Iran of.

Familiar Lies

For one, the Middle East already has a regional hegemon – the United States.Even the wildest accusations against Iran regarding state sponsored terrorism pale in comparison to Al Qaeda and the self-proclaimed Islamic State (ISIS) whose terrorism spans the globe, including standing armies operating in Libya, Syria, Yemen, and Afghanistan – several of which Iran itself is specifically fighting.

The US also supports terrorist organizations within Iran including the Mojahedin-e Khalq (MEK). MEK enjoys the support of National Security Adviser John Bolton – who lobbied for them for years while they were listed as a foreign terrorist organization by the US State Department itself.

Thus, Iran finds itself involved in Yemen, Syria, and Lebanon precisely to stave off openly declared intentions by the US to include Iran next under its already expansive hegemony over the Middle East.

During Washington’s slow-motion blitzkrieg across North Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia, now decades of lies have continued generating excuses, pretexts, and artificial threats to justify America’s unending wars and Washington’s march toward its next target – Iran.

Iran is Resisting Regional Hegemony

The US invasion of Afghanistan along Iran’s eastern borders in 2001, then the US invasion of Iraq along Iran’s western borders in 2003 left the nation surrounded by US military forces. The invasions, followed by extended occupations were only two of the most extreme examples of Washington’s aggressive military encirclement of Iran itself.

US proxy wars against Libya, Syria, and Yemen also sought to eliminate political and military blocs allied to Tehran. Coupled with deliberate, crippling economic sanctions and a campaign of admitted and concerted political subversion aimed at Iran itself – the US has all but declared war against Iran.

Iran finds itself on the US regime change “hit list,” dubbed the “Axis of Evil” by US President George Bush who presided over the invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq. On the list alongside Iran was Libya – now a divided and destroyed failed state after US military intervention there in 2011 – as well as Syria which still faces US-backed militants and a still-ongoing US military occupation of its territory.

Iran has been surrounded by an openly hostile United States and its allies for now nearly two decades. What the US characterizes as “Iranian aggression” is merely the rational steps any government surrounded by hostile forces would take to defend itself, its territory, and its people.

The Middle East is already subject to a regional hegemon – the United States – presided over by a government thousands of miles away. And if the US would be bold enough to presume dominion over an entire region of the planet so far from its own shores, it should come as no surprise that it would also shift responsibility for the disruptive consequences of its hegemony onto the nations still resisting it from within the region.

Iran is Fighting the Largest State Sponsor of Terror

In a recent interview with The Epoch Times, US Congressman Van Taylor of Texas called Iran “the largest state sponsor of terror in the world.” He cites Iranian support for groups like Hamas and Hezbollah as examples. It is a claim being repeated throughout America’s pro-war establishment.

However – it is not entirely true, and it omits mention of state sponsored terrorism that eclipses it even if it were.Groups like Hamas actually fought against Damascus and its Iranian allies during the recent conflict in Syria – calling into question claims of “Iranian state sponsorship” of Hamas.

Hezbollah – on the other hand – does enjoy close ties with Iran. But it also dedicated large amounts of resources and manpower – not creating terrorism across the Middle East – but fighting it – specifically in taking on ISIS and Al Qaeda in Syria and Iraq.

It was Iran and Hezbollah who aided Syrian forces on the ground while Russia provided air support that began rolling back ISIS and Al Qaeda from 2015 onward.

ISIS and Al Qaeda – ironically – persist in Syria only in areas under the protection of US-NATO forces. This includes in Al Qaeda-held Idlib where the US has repeatedly warned Damascus and its allies not to retake under threat of military retaliation.

While US accusations against Iran regarding “state sponsorship of terror” remain nebulous, US intelligence agencies themselves have admitted the US and its allies’ role in the creation of terrorist organizations like ISIS.The US Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) – for example – as early as 2012 had noted (PDF) a Western and Persian Gulf-led conspiracy to create what it called at the time a “Salafist” [Islamic] “principality” [State] precisely in eastern Syria where ISIS would eventually find itself based.

The DIA document would explain (emphasis added):

If the situation unravels there is the possibility of establishing a declared or undeclared Salafist principality in eastern Syria (Hasaka and Der Zor), and this is exactly what the supporting powers to the opposition want, in order to isolate the Syrian regime, which is considered the strategic depth of the Shia expansion (Iraq and Iran).

On clarifying who these supporting powers were, the DIA memo would state:

The West, Gulf countries, and Turkey support the opposition; while Russia, China, and Iran support the regime.

The US and its allies have also been shipping weapons and supplies to Al Qaeda’s other affiliates in Syria. Along with Saudi Arabia and Qatar, the US has provided thousands of tons of weapons to militants in Syria – while also conceding that Al Qaeda’s Syrian franchise, Jabhat al-Nusra is the best armed, most well equipped militant front in the conflict.

Attempts to claim “moderate rebels” defected over to al-Nusra along with their US arms to explain the terrorist organization’s prominence doesn’t explain who was giving al-Nusra more arms and cash to attract such large-scale defections in the first place.

The US has also been caught using Al Qaeda in Yemen to wage proxy war there. The Associated Press in an article titled, “AP Investigation: US allies, al-Qaida battle rebels in Yemen,” would report (emphasis added):

Again and again over the past two years, a military coalition led by Saudi Arabia and backed by the United States has claimed it won decisive victories that drove al-Qaida militants from their strongholds across Yemen and shattered their ability to attack the West.

Here’s what the victors did not disclose: many of their conquests came without firing a shot.

That’s because the coalition cut secret deals with al-Qaida fighters, paying some to leave key cities and towns and letting others retreat with weapons, equipment and wads of looted cash, an investigation by The Associated Press has found. Hundreds more were recruited to join the coalition itself.

The US has also since been caught transferring weapons systems to Al Qaeda in Yemen.

CNN in its article, “Sold to an ally, lost to an enemy,” would admit (emphasis added):

Saudi Arabia and its coalition partners have transferred American-made weapons to al Qaeda-linked fighters, hardline Salafi militias, and other factions waging war in Yemen, in violation of their agreements with the United States, a CNN investigation has found.

It is clear – by the US government’s and the US media’s own admissions – that the US is the “largest state sponsor of terror,” literally arming Al Qaeda across the region – then calling forces raised by nations like Iran “terrorists” for arraying themselves against them.

Then there is MEK – a US-backed terrorist organization previously listed as such by the US State Department itself – now openly hosted in Washington and spoken for by current US National Security Adviser John Bolton – who by no coincidence is also the leading voice advocating war with Iran.

MEK was listed as a terrorist organization for a reason.

It has carried out decades of brutal terrorist attacks, assassinations, and espionage against the Iranian government and its people, as well as targeting Americans including the attempted kidnapping of US Ambassador Douglas MacArthur II, the attempted assassination of USAF Brigadier General Harold Price, the successful assassination of Lieutenant Colonel Louis Lee Hawkins, the double assassinations of Colonel Paul Shaffer and Lieutenant Colonel Jack Turner, and the successful ambush and killing of American Rockwell International employees William Cottrell, Donald Smith, and Robert Krongard.

Admissions to the deaths of the Rockwell International employees can be found within a report written by former US State Department and Department of Defense official Lincoln Bloomfield Jr. on behalf of the lobbying firm Akin Gump in an attempt to dismiss concerns over MEK’s violent past and how it connects to its current campaign of armed terror. A similar narrative has now been predictably adopted by the Western media.To this day MEK terrorists have been carrying out attacks inside of Iran killing political opponents, attacking civilian targets, as well as carrying out the US-Israeli program of targeting and assassinating Iranian scientists.

MEK is described by Council on Foreign Relations Senior Fellow Ray Takeyh as a “cult-like organization”with “totalitarian tendencies.” While Takeyh fails to expand on what he meant by “cult-like” and “totalitarian,”an interview with US State Department-run Radio Free Europe-Radio Liberty reported that a MEK Camp Ashraf escapee claimed the terrorist organization bans marriage, using radios, the Internet, and holds many members against their will with the threat of death if ever they are caught attempting to escape.

MEK was delisted by the US State Department as a foreign terrorist organization after extensive lobbying efforts – not because evidence indicated they no longer belonged on the list. They were delisted specifically to allow the US to more openly support MEK’s efforts to undermine and overthrow the Iranian government including through the use of continued violence.

If Al Qaeda and MEK are the sort of “allies” the US has enlisted to confront “Iranian aggression” in the Middle East, how is Iran rather than Washington the true threat to regional or even global peace and stability?

Inverted Reality, Real March to War

It is upon these feet of clay that the US builds its case against Iran – with catastrophes from Washington’s many other wars of aggression in the region still burning in the background.

Iran lacks the economic and military might to pose a real threat to the world even if it wanted to. It only poses a threat to distant nations closing in around it, seeking conflict with Iran, and domination over a region Iran itself is geographically located in.

Conversely, the United States still possesses the largest economy and military on Earth and has a demonstrated track record of falsely accusing nations of various provocations to initiate devastating wars of aggression.

The US – even if it does not resort to war – is imposing economic damage not only on Iran but on nations the world over who – without coincidence – do not perceive Tehran as a threat and do a considerable amount of trade with Iran.

US aggression toward Iran and its allies – even if total war does not break out – have demonstrably destroyed the region – from Syria to Yemen – miring even America’s own allies in protracted, costly wars and setting the entire region back decades in terms of economic and social development.

Were peace to break out in the Middle East tomorrow – nations like the US and its NATO allies would have the least to do with developing the region. That role would go instead to China who is already attempting to foster stability as a condition to extend its global infrastructure building spree into the Middle East.

Even in terms of selling weapons to Middle Eastern nations – Russia and China have competitive systems US allies are even now considering.

Thus chaos is the only environment in which US primacy over the region can continue to thrive – justifying military bases and the billions of dollars needed to build, occupy, supply, and expand them, justifying military interventions – direct and by proxy – pressuring governments to either join or defend against them, and justifying immense weapon sales to allies like Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates to keep those interventions going.

It is a multi-trillion dollar industry, and one only Washington is shameless enough to openly and continuously promote. There is no lie too big or disgraceful to keep America’s last major export of chaos profitable.

Do you still think ISIS is radical Islam? Look a bit deeper. ISIS is a US-Israeli creation. Here at the top 10 proofs or indications.

SIS is a US-Israeli creation, a fact as clear as the sky is blue. It’s a truth as black and white as the colors on their flag. For many alternative news readers, this may be patently obvious, but this article is written for the large majority of people in the world who still have no idea who is really behind the rise of ISIS. No matter which name they go by – ISIS, ISIL, IS or Daesh – the group has been deliberately engineered by the US and Israel to achieve certain geopolitical goals. They are a religious, fundamentalist, Sunni terrorist organization created to terrorize and overthrow certain secular or Shiite Arab nations such as Syria and Iraq, but they are not just “Islamic”. They may be Muslims, and they may be advocating an Islamic State, but they are very much working towards the goals of Zionism.

It’s amazing how many people still struggle to get that point. We have been inundated with propaganda surrounding the fraudulent war on terror, notably terms such as Islamic terrorism and radical Islam, but more accurate phrases would be Zio-Islamic terrorism and radical Zio-Islam. Secret military agencies such as the CIA and the Mossad pull the strings. Here is a list of the top 10 ‘indications’ that ISIS is a US-Israeli creation.

ISIS is a US-Israeli Creation: Indication #1: ISIS Foreknowledge via Leaked DIA Doc

The DIA (Defense Intelligence Agency) is 1 of 16 US military intelligence agencies. According to a leaked document obtained by Judicial Watch, the DIA wrote on August 12, 2012 that: “there is the possibility of establishing a declared or undeclared Salafist Principality in eastern Syria (Hasaka and Der Zor), and this is exactly what the supporting powers to the opposition want, in order to isolate the Syrian regime …”

This was written before ISIS came on to the world stage. Clearly ISIS was no random uprising, but rather a carefully groomed and orchestrated controlled opposition group.

The “supporting powers to the opposition” referred to are Saudi Arabia, Turkey and the GCC nations such as Qatar, who are in turn being supported by the US-UK-Israeli axis in their struggle to overthrow Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad. As I outlined in this article Syrian Ground War About to Begin? WW3 Inches Closer, the US is backing the Sunni nations while Russia, China and Iran are backing the Shia nations, so there is the definite potential for this to erupt into World War 3. ISIS is a US-Israeli Creation: Indication #2: ISIS Never Attacks Israel

It is more than highly strange and suspicious that ISIS never attacks Israel – it is another indication that ISIS is controlled by Israel. If ISIS were a genuine and independent uprising that was not covertly orchestrated by the US and Israel, why would they not try to attack the Zionist regime, which has attacked almost of all of its Muslim neighbors ever since its inception in 1948? Israel has attacked Egypt, Syria and Lebanon, and of course has decimated Palestine. It has systemically tried to divide and conquer its Arab neighbors. It continually complains of Islamic terrorism. Yet, when ISIS comes on the scene as the bloody and barbaric king of Islamic terrorism, it finds no fault with Israel and sees no reason to target a regime which has perpetrated massive injustice against Muslims? Where did ISIS get an entire fleet of matching Toyota pick-up trucks? Why do so many of its photo shots feature a fleet of matching Toyotas – matching in both model and color? As this Information Clearing House article humorously states:

“The official story is ISIS stole them from the “Good Terrorists” (Al Nusra), who were originally given their cool wheels by the US government. Which would seem to beg a couple of enquiries. Not least of which is – why are the US giving any terrorists matching fleets of luxury SUVs? And for that matter, how many fleets are we talking about?

So, exactly how many trucks did the US supply? Where are ISIS currently garaging this impressive collection? And why do they all have to be Toyotas? Is it a terrorist thing, or simply a US Govt preference? Do Toyota mind the brand-association? Or the fact that so many of the ISIS drive-by photo-ops look like perverted car ads?”

Some of these trucks were actually used vehicles that got sent from the US and Canada over to Syria. This Texan plumber discovered to his horror that his old truck was being used in the war, replete with his business name still on the door!

ISIS is a US-Israeli Creation: Indication #4: ISIS’ First Class Social Media Skills

The issue of the Toyotas leads us to the next question about ISIS. Who’s handling their publicity? How have they managed to get so many photos of Toyota truck drive bys? How have they managed to master Western social media so well to spread their message, propaganda and threats? How have they managed to produce slick videos depicting (fake) beheadings? How does a barbaric group of killers, who speak a language very different to English, who espouse fundamentalist, religious ideals (such as Sharia law), and often criticize all things Western, manage to develop such excellent social media skills?

ISIS is a US-Israeli Creation: Indication #5: Israeli Group SITE First to Release ISIS Footage

Another key giveaway that ISIS is a US-Israeli creation is that the Israeli group SITE (Search for International Terrorist Entities) are often the first to find and publicly release the video (as their co-founder Rita Katz has let slip on occasion). SITE was involved in the slew of fake green screen ISIS beheadings of 2014. Speaking of fake beheadhings, why did this fictional Turkish TV drama show a beheading just like that of ISIS?

* The total state financial holdings found in/related to its CAFR are generally at least 30-50 times more than those released to the public as its “Budget”. This is what constitutes the “CAFR fraud”, now found, not only in every state of this country, but, with theme and variations, in all countries within the globalist central banking system as well. This gives those state/provincial corporate governments participating in this massive financial fraud and conspiracy the incentive to maximize the return on their investments in the telecommunications industry by unquestioningly favoring its initiatives, while both creating and ignoring vast conflicts of interest never investigated by captured federal/state corporate government agencies, or the equally captured corporate media, in which these federal and state corporate governments and the telecom industry are often also heavily invested;

* Co-opting non-profit/academic/think tank organizations to advocate for their fraudulent claims by providing relatively large amounts of grant funding to these groups for the past forty years, including for corrupted published research and astroturf community outreach;

* Buying off corporate media exposure of their criminal activities of fraud and conspiracy by buying large amounts of media advertising, with which they then could in turn further manipulate public opinion;

* Partnering with the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) to draft and pass federal and state-based cookie-cutter legislation extremely favorable to themselves, but the opposite for their customers and for their country;

* Hiring hordes of lobbyists at the federal and state levels of government to represent their interests in/on government legislative bodies and commissions concerning different telecommunications issues, while the consumers they were/are defrauding remain virtually unrepresented by any authentic advocates;

* Presenting fraudulent claims of intentions to build/upgrade corporate state/regional telecommunications networks of various types, supposedly to create enormous amounts of national/state economic prosperity, while repeatedly doing virtually nothing to perform upon these claims.

* Varying over the years, this has been the main tactic to obtain government backing for ever more corporate mergers, as being presently proposed just before the planned T-Mobile-Sprint telecom merger, for ever more monopolization for ever more profits for ever more power since 1992. It is the main tactic now being used in the present criminal crusade for the deployment of weaponized 5G wifi networks in 2019, with this tactic being routinely and fraudulently used in every US presidential administration since that of William Jefferson Clinton;

* Claiming business expenses on repairs and upgrades to wired networks promised, but never performed, with no accountability demanded by industry-captured, colluding state and/or federal agencies;

* Manipulating cost accounting to increase customer charges/taxes/fees at least 3.5 times what they were in 1980, while largely avoiding any such taxes/charges/fees/penalties themselves;

* Redefining telephone networks as “information” in stead of “telecommunications” networks for financial/competitive regulatory advantage against competition, with the collusion of the corrupted FCC/NTIA;

* Making wired technologies look unprofitable by deliberately failing to upgrade/maintain their infrastructure;

* Putting most (fraudulently claimed) business expenses-claimed/other income into wireless networks;

* Performing no actual upgrades or maintenance for older wired telecommunications infrastructure, then falsely claiming it as being “obsolescent”;

* Surreptitiously and subversively using existing designated wired infrastructure, such as now-subsumed state telephone utilities and special access lines, for wireless networks and their backhaul build-out;

* Actually performing installation of more new optical fiber, but stealthily dedicating it to 5G/4G wireless instead, again with no accountability demanded by industry-captured state or federal agencies;

* Blocking regional/municipal broadband competitors by multifarious, highly manipulative methods;

* Generating the “Net Neutrality” controversy as a distraction and cover for the telecommunications industry/colluding corporate government agency financial/material fraud and conspiracy to limit competition – with real non-monopolized competition between telecommunications corporations being the actual source of “Net Neutrality” – not more regulation by corrupted corporate government agencies colluding with the corrupted telecommunications industry for power and control;

* Inducing the corrupt FCC to use its presumed discretionary power of “forbearance” to enable this monumental financial/material fraud and conspiracy by refusing to enforce its own stated regulations;

* Shutting off retail copper wire-based landlines as “unprofitable”, using their own financial fraud/neglect of infrastructure maintenance as a false pretext to force customers onto wireless technologies paid for by the customers themselves as de facto investors. This further enables them to sell bundle service options when their local/state/regional telecommunications monopoly supposedly upgrades or actually shuts off the copper-wired technology. The customers will have one fiber-wired choice – that particular monopoly’s cable, broadband, internet and/or telephone service that can increase its charges, fees and technology at any time with impunity.

* Inducing the corrupt corporate federal government FCC/NTIA and various corrupt state agencies since 2007-2010 to waive requirements for reporting by the telecommunications industry, and federal requirements for their own reportage, as well as their disappearing records and rewriting of chronological/financial history of their own complicity in this monumental financial and material fraud and conspiracy; a monumental, treasonous fraud and conspiracy that has over forty years stolen an estimated $7 trillion from the American people and from the economic prosperity of their country, as well as relegated America to third-world status, 59^th in the world, in terms of telecommunications speed and access, along with vast negative systemic consequences bred of this loss;

It is this deliberately manipulated, increasingly wide “digital divide” and financial fall of America from grace with the rest of the world that is in part probably presently provoking this present presidential regime’s relentless, desperate attempts to bridge this gap, using unlawful, dictatorial force that is founded on the aforementioned crimes of fraud and conspiracy.

* Shutting off the wired lines to also shut off all of their financial, material and moral obligations. This is because wireless service is not similarly regulated for quality of performance; it is, in the twisted logic of the corrupted US Supreme Court and FCC, an imposed contract with “no obligations”, as opposed to a wired telecommunications tariff, which does have such obligations. So customers cannot sue them for malfeasance, being relegated to mere arbitration by their user contracts, nor can displaced unionized telecommunications workers, whose contracts only last so long as wired networks do. All of this can then be presumably done without the informed consent of the public.

* And wireless is therefore more suitable for stealth implementation of Secret Military Armaments as Residential Technology – the SMART grid – that can be used as community-sited electromagnetic weapons by the deep state at any time against the American people as domestic enemy combatants, such as the federal/state/local government-concealed sudden covert incineration via “wildfires” of several thousand residents of Paradise/Butte County, California in early November 2018 using covert 5G-based directed energy weapons, just as such 5G electromagnetic weapons were covertly used by black operations of the US military/its contracted mercenaries to incinerate thousands of people of Panama City, Panama in late 1989, and in Baghdad, Iraq in mid-2003, whose charred remains were then secretly buried in mass graves, as reported by such mainstream media soon after by CBS’ 60 Minutes, The Christian Science Monitor and the Academy Award-winning documentary, The Panama Deception.

Column: Politics. Region: Central Asia. Country: Uzbekistan

The ever increasing influence of Russia and China in Central Asia is keeping the United States fairly agitated. Predictably enough, over the last couple of years Washington has noticeably stepped up its efforts to dominate the region through both economic and military means.

In this context, the emphasis that the US placed on developing its ties with Uzbekistan deserves a separate mention. The amount of efforts invested in deepening bilateral ties has been examined in much detail by the American analytical company Stratfor, that is often being referred to as the shadowy CIA. Unsurprisingly, all this hustle hasn’t been undertaken all for nothing, as out of all the countries of the former Soviet block Uzbekistan is by far the strongest. That is precisely why Washington wants both Moscow and Beijing out of this republic as soon as possible. It is said that it’s going to try to revive its economic ties with Tashkent in spite of the ever growing number of investments committed by Russia and China into the development of Uzbek economy. At the same time, Stratfor makes no big secret out of the fact that the United States will once again try ruin every agreement, union or association across the region that will not be benefiting its foreign policy.

This will be no mean feat, as the only way through which the US can hope to bring the One Road One Belt (OBOR) initiative to a screeching halt is through destabilizing Central Asia, and Beijing is fully aware of this fact. In addition, if Washington manages to gain a foothold in a number of local capitals, it will be able to exercise tighter control over the situation in China’s Muslim-populated Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Then, should it succeed in its attempts to radicalize local population, Moscow will find itself particularly vulnerable, as Russia serves a home to a massive Muslim community a part of which travels regularly to Central Asia due to the absence of visa restrictions.

Washington’s efforts to turn Uzbekistan into a pillar of Western influence are dictated by the fact that it’s a densely populated Muslim country that shares a common border with all of the countries of the region, which may help the US secure its long-term foreign policy goals in this part of the world.

Last February, yet another round of Uzbek-US consultations was held in Tashkent, with the Pentagon demanding a meeting of high-profile generals of both Central and South Asia. It has recently been made clear that the US would root for Uzbekistan playing the role of a mediator in the negotiations aimed at resolving the Afghan conflict.

It should be noted that the military cooperation between Uzbekistan and the United States reached its peak after the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Back then, the United States would place a military base in this republic that would be used to facilitate Washington’s operations in Afghanistan. However, things changed in the aftermath of the Andijan events, when Washington felt bold enough to criticize Tashkent for its handling of the situation. However, Uzbek authorities were not inclined to swallow their pride as they demanded the US armed forces stationed in the country to pack up and leave . However, in recent years, bilateral ties between the US and Uzbekistan started to improve gradually, as the parties found mutual interest in staging different military activities together, the fact that is underlined by the frequent visits of US military missions to the Uzbek capital.

Against this backdrop, Washington would try to urgently strengthen its embassy in this country by sending seasoned veterans to occupy various positions in Tashkent. Therefore, for those who have been following the situation in Uzbekistan closely the announcement that Daniel Rosenblum was appointed the new US ambassador to Tashkent came as no surprise.

This decision would seem to go in line with the trend of the day as US ambassadors change frequently and some of them, especially those that would have been sent to Central Asia in recent months. Those gentlemen enjoy the reputation of renowned troublemakers, especially William Moser and John Pommersheim. However, the appointment of Daniel Rosenblum doesn’t fit in with this trend. After all, he’s not your regular congressman or yet another presidential campaign sponsor, but a seasoned professional.

Daniel Rosenblum is a graduate of Yale University, a historian with a degree in Soviet era studies and international economics. In fact, he’s a Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asia. Moreover, unlike his predecessor on this post, he’s not just a professional, but a man who has been working in the fields for many years.

It’s curious that ambassador Rosenblum is a diplomat with an extensive amount of experience in managing NGOs and public organizations. Additionally, his father spent decades on attempts to undermine the USSR through the framework of Jewish organizations that promoted migration from the Soviet Union. Rosenblum Jr. would carry on the torch by advancing the US foreign policy by financing non-governmental organizations across the CIS through USAID, with some of those states he targeted suffering destabilization and coup d’etat attempts.

Thus, the appointment of Daniel Rosenblum serves as an evidence that the Central Asian region has become the cornerstone of US foreign policy. But just like with its appointments in Tajikistan and Kazakhstan, Washington expects its seasoned troublemakers to use the experience they’ve accumulated over the years to influence the development of political processes in Uzbekistan and Central Asia as a whole, in a desperate move to achieve the ultimate goal of driving the region away from Russia and China.

Whatever hopes of returning to normal life regular Afghans have had until recently, these days those are all but dissolving like a morning mist. The so-called Afghan reconciliation summit that was to be held in Qatar has been put on the back burner indefinitely. It was envisioned as a separate event, unrelated to the direct talks between the Taliban and the United States led by the US Special Representative for Afghanistan Reconciliation, Zalmay Khalilzad, which marked the downfall of this format.

As it’s been revealed by the Washington Post, so far there’s been five rounds of negotiations between the United States and the Taliban, yet the parties failed to achieve any visible progress.

The resistance movement wants foreign troops out of their country as soon as possible, while Washington is all about keeping a foothold in this war-torn country. Afghan rebels would even meet with with those Afghan politicians not aligned with the official government in Kabul during a conference in Moscow last February. Yet, they would refuse to hold any sort of discussions with the sitting pro-Western president, Ashraf Ghani and his administration, as they describe him as a puppet in the hands of outside powers.

The situation is complicated even further by the ongoing disputes between the Kabul government and the above mentioned Zalmay Khalilzad. Last month, Ghani’s national security advisor accused Khalilzad of showing signs of royal behavior, which in his opinion undermines the legitimacy of the sitting Afghan government. In response to the remark, Washington would cease to even notice the existence of this high-profile public figure.

In the meantime, it has been revealed that at least 11,000 civilians were killed and wounded in Afghanistan during the 1397 solar year which coincides with March 2018 to March 2019, according to statistics provided by Afghanistan Independent Human Rights Commission.

According to Die Welt, in the first three months of the year, American servicemen and their allies on the ground killed more civilians than both terrorist and rebel detachments operating in Afghanistan. As it’s been revealed by the UN mission in Afghanistan, the absolute majority of those deceased fell victims of US-coalition air strikes and ground operations. It’s also been added that in recent years the death toll among the civilian population of Afghanistan reached unprecedented numbers. Last year alone some 3804 civilians perished, with 7189 more suffering severe injuries. That’s an eleven percent increase over the previous year.

As the above-mentioned German newspaper notes, ever since Donald Trump removed any restrictions on the course of actions that the Pentagon may choose to take in its attempts to take the Taliban down, the US military has started dropping bombs on Afghanistan like there’s no tomorrow.

Against this backdrop, Khalilzad’s recent announcement on Twitter, in which he stated that “we [the US] did not impose this war” reads unintelligent at best.

To present an objective assessment of the situation in Afghanistan, one has to note that on top of the rapid aggravation of armed hostilities between the Pentagon and the Taliban, it’s clear that two decades of total warfare have taken their toll on the population of the country, as some 51.7% of all Afghan citizens are living in bitter poverty, with a half of those being minors. Those figures have recently been revealed by the report drafted by the National Statistics and Information Administration of Afghanistan, assisted by UNICEF and the University of Oxford. At the same time, those figures differ drastically depending on the place of residence of those respondents that took part in the survey. In particular, no more than 18.1% of those Afghans living in large cities do suffer from outrageous poverty, while in rural areas this ratio reaches 61.1% of the total population. The highest level of poverty was registered in the northern Badghis Province, where four out of five people can’t make ends meet.

In addition, with the aggravation of the armed engagements across the country, the number of drug crimes in Afghanistan has doubled over the course of a single year, according to the data presented by the Center for Drug Control of this Islamic Republic.

The laughable pretexts that Washington keeps inventing to justify its military campaign in Afghanistan don’t seem to amuse the international community anymore. The sitting US president Donald Trump was forced to recognize this fact during his meeting with NATO’s Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, last April. He would draw Stoltenberg’s attention to the fact that the length of US military engagement in Afghanistan is nothing short of absurd, while mentioning that in the United States this war has already been dubbed as “the endless war.”

For the longest time, the US would try to broker a peace deal in Afghanistan on its own, but at this point it’s clear that it will never succeed in this quest.

Therefore, we have to recognize that it’s time for the international community to start playing a role in the Afghan settlement. On top of the above mentioned Moscow format, that brings together those countries that are located in the immediate vicinity of the war zone, namely China, Iran and the whole of Central Asia, it would be logical to launch a trilateral summit, bringing together Russia, China and the US for those to have a frank discussion of the situation. After all, it’s clear for pretty much everyone that the only way to pull the plug on the Afghan meet-grinder is to broker a peaceful deal between the parties involved. Otherwise, tens of thousands upon tens of thousands of Afghan civilians will be added to the list of casualties of this senseless conflict.

North American, European Public: Finally Wake Up, Damn it!

Year after year, month after month, I see two sides of the world; two extremes which are getting more and more disconnected:

I see great cities like Homs in Syria, reduced to horrifying ruins. I see Kabul and Jalalabad in Afghanistan, fragmented by enormous concrete walls intended to protect NATO occupation armies and their local puppets. I see monstrous environmental devastation in places such as Indonesian Borneo, Peruvian gold mining towns, or the by now almost uninhabitable atoll island-nations of Oceania: Tuvalu, Kiribati or Marshall Islands.

I see slums, a lack of sanitation and clean drinking water, where the boots of Western empires have been smashing local cultures, enslaving people and looting natural resources.

I work on all the continents. I never stop, even when exhaustion tries to smash me against the wall, even when there are hardly any reserves left. I cannot stop; I have no right to stop, because I can finally see the pattern; the way this world operates, the way the West has been managing to usurp it, indoctrinate, and enslave most of the countries of the world. I combine my knowledge, and publish it as a ‘warning to the world’.

I write books about this ‘pattern’. My most complete, so far, being the 1,000 pages long “Exposing Lies of The Empire”.

Then, I see the West itself.

I come to ‘speak’, to Canada and the United States, as well as Europe. Once in a while I am invited to address Australian audiences, too.

The West is so outrageously rich, compared to the ruined and plundered continents, that it often appears that it does not belong to the Planet Earth.

A lazy Sunday afternoon stroll in Villa Borghese in Rome, and a horror walk through Mathare slum in Nairobi could easily exist in two distinct realities, or in two different galaxies.

Even now, after I slightly misspelled “Villa Borghese”, my Mac immediately offered a correction. It is because Villa Borghese does exist. On the other hand, “Mathare”, which I spelled correctly, was underlined red. Mathare ‘is an error’. Because it does not exist. It does not exist, despite the fact that around one million men, women and children lives there. It is not recognized by my MacBook Pro, nor by the great majority of my relatively well-educated readers in the West.

In fact, almost entire world appears to be one big error, non-entity, if observed from New York, Berlin or Paris.

I come and speak in front of the Western public. Yes, I do it from time to time, although with decreasing frequency.

Frankly, to face European or North American crowds feels depressing, even humiliating.

It goes like this: you are invited to ‘tell the truth’; to present what you are witnessing all over the world.

You stand there, facing men and women who have just arrived in their comfortable cars, after having good dinners in their well-heated or air-conditioned homes. You may be a famous writer and a filmmaker, but somehow, they make you feel like a beggar. Because you came to speak on behalf of “beggars”.

Everything is well-polished, and choreographed. It is expected that you do not show any ‘gore’. That you do not call your public ‘names’. That you do not swear, do not get drunk on the stage, do not start insulting everyone in sight.

What you usually face is quite a hard, or at least ‘hardened’, crowd.

Recently, in Southern California, when I was asked, by a fellow philosopher and a friend of mine, to address a small gathering of his colleagues, some people were banging on their mobile phones, as I was describing the situation at the Syrian frontline, near Idlib. I felt that my account was nothing more than a ‘background, an elevator music’ to most of them. At least when I am addressing millions through my television interviews, I do not have to see the public.

When you ‘speak’ in the West, you are actually addressing men and women who are responsible, at least partially, for the mass murders and genocides that are being committed by their countries. Men and women whose standards of living are outrageously high, because The Others are being robbed, humiliated, and often raped. But their eyes are not humble; they are drilling them into you, waiting for some mistake that you might make, so they can conclude: “He is fake news”. For them, you are not a bridge between those who ‘exist’ and those who don’t. For them, you are an entertainer, a showman, or more often than not: a nuisance.

To learn about war, about the terror that the West is spreading, is, for many in my audience yet another type of luxury, high-level entertainment, not unlike an opera performance or a symphony concert. If necessary, they can even pay, although mostly they’d rather not. After a titillating experience, it is back to the routine, back to a sheltered, elegant life. While you, the next day, are often catching a plane back to the reality of the others; to the frontline, to dust and misery.

They, your public (but face it, also most of your readers) came to show how ‘open-minded’ they are. They came ‘to learn’ from you, ‘to get educated’, while keeping their lifestyles intact. Most of them think that they know it all, even without your first-hand experience, they are benevolently doing you a favor by inviting you, and by dragging themselves all the way to some university or a theatre or wherever the hell you are standing in front of them. They did not come to offer any support to your struggle. They are not part of any struggle. They are good, peace-loving, hardworking people; that’s all.

You know, like those Germans, in the late 1930’s; self-righteous, hard-working folks. Most of them love their pets, and recycle their garbage. And clean after themselves at Starbucks.

A few days ago, we stopped the coup in Venezuela. I say we, because, although deep in devastated Borneo Island, I had been giving interviews to RT, Press TV, addressing millions. Even here, I never stopped writing, tweeting, always ready to drop everything just fly to Caracas, if I were to be needed there.

To defend Venezuela, to defend the Revolution there, is essential. As it is essential to defend Syria, Cuba, Russia, China, North Korea, Iran, Bolivia, South Africa and other revolutionary and brave nations that are refusing to surrender to the Western diktat.

While the ideological battle for Caracas was raging, I was thinking: is there anything that could still move the Western public into action?

Have they – Europeans and North Americans – become totally indifferent to their own crimes? Have they developed some sort of emotional immunity? Is their condition ideological, or simply clinical?

Here we were, in the middle of a totally open coup; an attempt by the West to overthrow one of the most democratic countries on our planet. And they did almost nothing to stop the terrorism performed by their regimes in Washington or Madrid! At least in Indonesia in 1965 or in Chile in 1973, the Western regime tried to hide behind thin fig leaves. At least, while destroying socialist Afghanistan and the Communist Soviet Union by creating the Mujahedin, the West used Pakistan as a proxy, trying to conceal, at least partially, its true role. At least, while killing more than 1 million people in Iraq, there was this charade and bunch of lies about the ‘weapons of mass destruction’. At least, at least…

Now, it is all transparent. In Syria, Venezuela; and against North Korea, Cuba, Iran, China, Russia.

As if propaganda was not even needed, anymore, it as if the Western public has become totally obedient, posing no threat to the plans of the Western regime.

Or more precisely, the once elaborate Western propaganda has become extremely simple: it now repeats lies, and the great majority of Western citizens do not even bother to question what their governments are doing to the world. The only thing that matters are ‘domestic issues’; meaning – the wages and benefits for the Westerners.

There are no riots like during the Vietnam War. Now riots are only for the better welfare of European workers. No one in the West is fighting in order to stop the plunder abroad, or the terrorist attacks unleashed by NATO against non-Western countries, or against those countless NATO military bases, against the invasions and orchestrated coups.

How much more can the Western public really stomach?

Or can it stomach absolutely everything?

Would it accept the direct invasion of Venezuela or Cuba or both? It has already accepted the direct intervention and destruction of Yugoslavia, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya and Syria, to name just a few terrorist actions committed by the West in recent history.

So, how much more? Would an attack against Iran be acceptable? Let’s say, 2-3 million deaths?

North Korea, perhaps? A few more millions, a new mountain of corpses?

I am asking; it is not a rhetorical question. I really want to know. I believe that the world has to know.

Has the Western public reached the level of the ISIS (or call them IS or Deash)? Is it so self-righteous, so fanatic, so convinced of its own exceptionalism, that it cannot think, clearly, analyze and judge, anymore?

Would provoking Russia or China or both into WWIII be acceptable to people living in Bavaria or South Carolina, or Ontario?

And if yes, are they all really out of their minds?

And if they are, should the world try to stop the, and how?

I want to know the boundaries of the Western madness.

That there is madness is indisputable, but how massive is it?

I understand, I have now accepted the monstrous fact that the French, Yanks, Canadians, Brits or Germans do not give a shit about how many millions of innocent people they kill in the Middle East, or Southeast Asia, Africa or in ‘places like that’. I accept that they know close to nothing about their colonial history, and want to know nothing, as long as they have football, plenty of meat and 6 weeks vacations on exotic beaches. I know that even many of those who can see monstrous crimes committed by the West, want to blame everything on Rothschilds and ‘Zionist conspiracy’, but never on themselves, never on their culture which expresses itself through the centuries of plunder.

But what about the survival of our planet, and the survival of humankind?

I imagine the eyes of those people who come to my ‘combat presentations’. I tell them the truth. I say it all. I am never holding back; never compromise. I show them images of the wars they have unleashed. Yes, they; because the citizens are responsible for their own governments, and because there is, clearly, something called collective guilt and collective responsibility!

Those eyes, faces… I will tell you what I read in them: they will never act. They will never try to overthrow their regime. As long as they live their privileged lives. As long as they think that the system in which they are the elites, at least has some chance of surviving in its present form. They play it both ways, some of them do: verbally, they are outraged by NATO, by Western imperialism and savage capitalism. Practically, they do nothing tangible to fight the system.

What is the conclusion then? If they do not act, then others have to. And I am convinced: they will.

For more than 500 years the entire world has been in flames, plundered and murdered by a small group of extremely aggressive Western nations. This has been going on virtually uninterruptedly.

Nobody finds it amusing, anymore. Where I work, in places that I care about, nobody wants this kind of world.

Look at those countries that are now trying to destroy Venezuela. Look closely! They consist of the United States, Canada, majority of Europe, and mostly those South American states where the descendants of European colonialists are forming majority!

Do we want another 500 years of this?

North Americans and Europeans have to wake up, soon. Even in Nazi Germany, there were soldiers who were so disgusted with Hitler, that they wanted to send him to the dogs. Today, in the West, there is not one powerful political party which believes that 500 years of Western colonialist plunder is more than enough; that torturing the world should stop, and stop immediately.

If Western imperialism, which is the greatest and perhaps the only major threat our planet is now facing, is not decisively and soon dismantled by its own citizens, it will have to be fought and deterred by external forces. That is: by its former and present victims.

Clear-cut meddling? Mike Pompeo promises US will try to stop Corbyn from being elected

It looks like that much-lauded “special relationship” between the UK and US is so special that the latter now appears to believe it should be offered a significant say in who leads the former.

US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has been caught admitting that Washington will do its “level best” to prevent UK Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn from becoming Britain’s prime minister — but what’s a bit of meddling between special friends?

In a recording leaked to the Washington Post, Pompeo told a gathering of Jewish leaders that a Corbyn premiership is a real possibility and that he could manage to “run the gauntlet and get elected” — something which the Trump administration seems to be dead set against.

Pompeo was apparently responding to claims of “anti-semitism” that have been levelled at the Labour leader. He promised that the US “won’t wait” until Corbyn is elected to “push back,” because things can get a little tricky once an election has already inconveniently taken place. “It’s too risky and too important and too hard [to interfere] once it’s already happened,”he said.

Needless to say, the Labour Party didn’t take too kindly to Pompeo’s intervention, calling it an “entirely unacceptable interference in the UK’s democracy.” The Conservative Party has been notably quieter on the intrusion into British politics, which is odd, since Theresa May’s Tories are usually so quick to denounce foreign interference in the domestic affairs of other nations.

Top US officials offering advice and opining on Britain’s national politics has become somewhat normal in recent weeks, with even Trump himself admitting he found the left-wing Corbyn to be a “negative force” and announcing his strong preference for former foreign secretary Boris Johnson to take up the mantle after May’s departure.

The leaked comments ignited a storm of criticism across social media, with many pointing out the irony of the US intervening in UK politics, despite constantly warning against so-called Russian interference in other parts of the world.~

This ruling and case has just opened up a huge door for overturning a bunch of really bad but pivotal Supreme Court Cases and one in particular Dred Scott v. John F.A. Sandford, 1857

Sandford, legal case in which the U.S. Supreme Court on March 6, 1857, ruled (7–2) that a slave (Dred Scott) who had resided in a free state and territory (where slavery was prohibited) was not thereby entitled to his freedom; that African Americans were not and could never be citizens of the United States; and that the Missouri Compromise (1820), which had declared free all territories west of Missouri and north of latitude 36°30′, was unconstitutional. It has been pointed out that the first eleven Amendments sprang from the fear of National power which many of the States possessed. Those Amendments were designed to stay the National hand. Amendment XII was procedural to eliminate confusion in the selection of the President and Vice President and in definition of their succession in the implementation of their duties under the Constitution.

The Original Thirteenth Amendment
Ratified March 12, 1819

The Founders held an intense disdain and distrust of “Nobility” as a result of a long history, during Colonial times, of abuses and excesses against the Rights of Man and the established Common Law and Constitutions by the “Nobility”, and therefore placed in the new Constitution two injunctions against acceptance of Titles of Nobility or Honor or emoluments from external sources. The Revolutionary War for Independence was primarily waged to eliminate these abuses and excesses of the “Nobility” and the “Monied Classes” from the life of the Nation, recognizing the Equality of all men.

As there was no penalty attached to a title of nobility or honor in the Constitution as originally ratified, the Original Thirteenth Amendment was proposed in December of 1809 to institute penalty for accepting or using a “Title of Nobility or Honor” to set oneself apart from, or superior to, or possessing of any special privileges or immunities not available to any other citizen of the United States, and to eliminate the widespread use of “emoluments” as bribery and graft of the legislatures and judiciary used to further the causes and positions of “Special Interests”. It was an attempt to keep politicians and civil servants “Honest” in their service to the citizens.

As noted in the discussion 69 in Article 1 of the Constitution, the original Thirteenth Amendment, was ratified in 1819, adding a heavy penalty upon any person holding or accepting a Title of Nobility or Honor, or emoluments from external powers by making that person “cease to be a citizen of the United States” and “incapable of holding any Office of Trust or Profit under the United States”. This Amendment was proposed, properly ratified, and was a matter of record in the several States archives until 1876, by which time it was quietly, and fraudulently deleted, never repealed, during the period of Reconstruction after the Civil War and the presently acknowledged Thirteenth Amendment was substituted. The original records of the original 13th amendment were thought to be destroyed at the time of the burning of the capitol during the War of 1812, but have since been found in the archives of the British Museum, the national archives and in the archives of several of the States and territories. The fact of its existence had been lost to memory until, by chance, researchers discovered in the public library at Belfast, Maine an 1825 copy of the U. S. Constitution.MA1825 Subsequent research shows that it was in the records of the ratifying states and territories until 1876, the last to drop it from record was the Territory of Wyoming after 1876. The most intriguing discovery was the 1867 Colorado Territory edition which includes both the “missing” Thirteenth Amendment and the current 13th Amendment, on the same page. The 1876 Laws of Wyoming which similarly show the “missing” Thirteenth Amendment, the current 13th Amendment (freeing the slaves), and the current 15th Amendment on the same page. On December 3, 1860, the month after Lincoln was elected, President Buchanan asked Congress to propose an “explanatory amendment”. It was to be another 13th Amendment, to eradicate and cover-up the deletion of the Original Thirteenth Title of Nobility and Honour Amendment. This proposed amendment, which would have forever legalized slavery, was signed by President Buchanan the day before Lincoln took office.167a

This amendment to the Constitution relating to slavery was sent to the states for ratification by the Second Session of the Thirty-sixth Congress on March 2, 1861, when it passed the Senate, having previously passed the House on February 28, 1861. It is interesting to note in this connection that this and the ratified Anti-Slavery amendment of 1865 are the only resolutions proposing amendments to the Constitution to have been signed by the President. The President’s signature is considered unnecessary because of the constitutional provision that on the concurrence of two-thirds of both Houses of Congress the proposal shall be submitted to the States for ratification.

The resolve to amend signed by President Buchanan on March 2, 1861, two days before Lincoln’s inauguration, read:

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following article be proposed to the Legislatures of the several States as an amendment to the Constitution of the United States, which, when ratified by three-fourths of said Legislatures, shall be valid, to all intents and purposes, as part of the said Constitution, viz:

“ARTICLE THIRTEEN, No amendment shall be made to the Constitution which will authorize or give to Congress the power to abolish or interfere, within any State, with the domestic institutions thereof, including that of persons held to labor or service by the laws of said State.”

In other words, President Buchanan had signed a resolve that would have forever permitted slavery, and upheld states’ rights. Only one State, Illinois, Lincoln’s home state, had ratified this proposed amendment before the Civil War broke out in 1861. It appears at 12 Stat. 251, 36th Congress. Two more State legislatures ratified it, beginning with Ohio on May 13, 1861, followed by Maryland on January 10, 1862.

But the onslaught of the Civil War taught that the Nation may be in even greater peril from the States than they ever were from the Nation. And so, after more than seventy years of national life, the people, by the presently acknowledged 13th Amendment and the two following, laid upon the States restrictions which a few years before would have been impossible. The Constitution had gone forty-six years (1819 – 1865) without an Amendment. c41

In the tumult of 1865, the original Thirteenth Amendment was removed from our Constitution. In a Congressional Resolve to amend dated December 5, 1864, approved and signed by President Lincoln, February 1, 1865, another Amendment numbered XIII (which prohibited slavery in Sect. 1, and ended states’ rights in Sect. 2) was proposed. When, on January 13, 1865, a two-thirds vote was taken in the House of Representatives for proposing the currently presented 13th Amendment “in honor of the immortal and sublime event” the House adjourned. It was then presented to the States for ratification. Two months later, April 9, 1865, the Civil War ended with General Lee’s surrender. On April 14, President Lincoln was assassinated, dying on April 15th.

On December 18, 1865, the “new” 13th Amendment loudly prohibiting and abolishing slavery (and quietly surrendering states rights to the federal government) was proclaimed adopted by Secretary of State Seward, replacing and effectively erasing the original Thirteenth Amendment that had prohibited acceptance of “titles of nobility” and “honors” and “emoluments”, and dishonest politicians have been bought and bribed and have treasonously accepted graft from external sources ever since, with no thought of penalty.

The Terrifying Potential of the 5G Network

In January, 2018, Robert Spalding, the senior director for strategic planning at the National Security Council, was in his office at the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, across the street from the White House, when he saw a breaking-news alert on the Axios Web site. “Scoop,” the headline read, “Trump Team Considers Nationalizing 5G Network.” At the time, Spalding, a brigadier general in the Air Force who previously served as a defense attaché in Beijing, had been in the military for nearly three decades. At the N.S.C., he was studying ways to insure that the next generation of Internet connectivity, what is commonly referred to as 5G, can be made secure from cyberattacks. “I wasn’t looking at this from a policy perspective,” he said. “It was about the physics, about what was possible.” To Spalding’s surprise, the Axios story was based on a leaked early draft of a report he’d been working on for the better part of a year.

Two words explain the difference between our current wireless networks and 5G: speed and latency. 5G—if you believe the hype—is expected to be up to a hundred times faster. (A two-hour movie could be downloaded in less than four seconds.) That speed will reduce, and possibly eliminate, the delay—the latency—between instructing a computer to perform a command and its execution. This, again, if you believe the hype, will lead to a whole new Internet of Things, where everything from toasters to dog collars to dialysis pumps to running shoes will be connected. Remote robotic surgery will be routine, the military will develop hypersonic weapons, and autonomous vehicles will cruise safely along smart highways. The claims are extravagant, and the stakes are high. One estimate projects that 5G will pump twelve trillion dollars into the global economy by 2035, and add twenty-two million new jobs in the United States alone. This 5G world, we are told, will usher in a fourth industrial revolution.

A totally connected world will also be especially susceptible to cyberattacks. Even before the introduction of 5G networks, hackers have breached the control center of a municipal dam system, stopped an Internet-connected car as it travelled down an interstate, and sabotaged home appliances. Ransomware, malware, crypto-jacking, identity theft, and data breaches have become so common that more Americans are afraid of cybercrime than they are of becoming a victim of violent crime. Adding more devices to the online universe is destined to create more opportunities for disruption. “5G is not just for refrigerators,” Spalding said. “It’s farm implements, it’s airplanes, it’s all kinds of different things that can actually kill people or that allow someone to reach into the network and direct those things to do what they want them to do. It’s a completely different threat that we’ve never experienced before.”

Spalding’s solution, he told me, was to build the 5G network from scratch, incorporating cyber defenses into its design. Because this would be a massive undertaking, he initially suggested that one option would be for the federal government to pay for it and, essentially, rent it out to the telecom companies. But he had scrapped that idea. A later draft, he said, proposed that the major telecom companies—Verizon, A.T. & T., Sprint, and T-Mobile—form a separate company to build the network together and share it. “It was meant to be a nationwide network,” Spalding told me, not a nationalized one. “They could build this network and then sell bandwidth to their retail customers. That was one idea, but it was never that the government would own the network. It was always about, How do we get industry to actually secure the system?”

Even before Spalding began working on his report, the telecom companies were rolling out what they were calling their new 5G services in test markets around the country. In 2017, Verizon announced that it would be introducing 5G in eleven municipalities, including Dallas, Ann Arbor, Miami, and Denver. A.T. & T. was testing its service in a dozen cities. T-Mobile was concentrating on Spokane. For the most part, they were building their new services on top of existing infrastructure—and inheriting its vulnerabilities. As the Clemson University professor Thomas Hazlett told me, “This is just the transitional part. You have various experiments, you do trial in the market, and various deployments take place that lay a pathway to something that will be truly distinguishable from the old systems.”

In the meantime, the carriers jockeyed for position. A lawsuit brought by Sprint and T-Mobile, which was settled on Monday, claimed that A.T. & T.’s 5GE service, where “E” stands for “evolution,” was just 4G by another name. According to Spalding, when the carriers heard that the government was considering “nationalizing” the future of their industry, they quickly mobilized against it. “As I’ve talked to people subsequently, they said they’ve never seen that industry unite so quickly,” Spalding said. “They have such support in government and on the Hill and in the bureaucracy, and they have such a huge lobbying contingent, that it was across the board and swift.” The Axios story came out on a Sunday. The following day, Ajit Pai, the chairman of the Federal Communications Commission, roundly rejected any idea of federalizing the Internet, saying that “the market, not government, is best positioned to drive innovation and investment.” By Wednesday, Spalding was out of a job. “There was no ‘Hey, thank you for your service,’ ” Spalding told me. “It was just ‘Get out. Don’t let the door hit your butt.’ ”

Huawei, a Chinese manufacturer of consumer electronics and telecommunications equipment, is currently the global leader in 5G technology. Founded, in the eighties, by Ren Zhengfei, an engineer who began his career in the People’s Liberation Army, Huawei has been accused by cybersecurity experts and politicians, most notably Donald Trump, of being a conduit to Chinese intelligence. In an op-ed in the Washington Post, the Republican senators Tom Cotton, of Arkansas, and John Cornyn, of Texas, characterized the company, which is funded with subsidies from the Chinese government, as a Trojan horse that could “give China effective control of the digital commanding heights.” They tell the story of the African Union, which installed Huawei servers in its headquarters, in Addis Ababa, only to discover that those servers had been sending sensitive data back to China every evening. Although Huawei vigorously denies that it is an agent of the Chinese government, the senators pointed out, the company is subject to a Chinese law that requires companies to coöperate with the state intelligence apparatus. The Times of London reported that the C.I.A. has evidence that Huawei has taken money from the P.L.A., as well as from branches of the Chinese intelligence service. Australia, Japan, and New Zealand have joined with the United States in banning Huawei hardware from their networks.

So far, though, the Trump Administration’s campaign to shut out Huawei is finding limited traction. The European Union is poised to reject American entreaties, with individual countries like Portugal and Germany expressing a willingness to use Huawei equipment. Canada is relying on Huawei for at least one 5G trial. Even A.T. & T., which is bound by the federal guidelines that will go into effect next year in the U.S., continues to use Huawei equipment in Mexico, where it is the third-largest wireless company. Huawei equipment is cheaper than its Western rivals and, in the estimation of researchers at the Defensive Innovation Board (dib), which advises the Secretary of Defense on new technologies, in many cases, it is superior. By the start of this year, Huawei had cornered nearly thirty per cent of the global telecommunications-equipment market, and its revenue was thirty-nine-per-cent higher than the year before. According to the dib, its continued growth “will allow China to promote its preferred standards and specifications for 5G networks and will shape the global 5G product market going forward.”

There are very good reasons to keep a company that appears to be beholden to a government with a documented history of industrial cyber espionage, international data theft, and domestic spying out of global digital networks. But banning Huawei hardware will not secure those networks. Even in the absence of Huawei equipment, systems still may rely on software developed in China, and software can be reprogrammed remotely by malicious actors. And every device connected to the fifth-generation Internet will likely remain susceptible to hacking. According to James Baker, the former F.B.I. general counsel who runs the national-security program at the R Street Institute, “There’s a concern that those devices that are connected to the 5G network are not going to be very secure from a cyber perspective. That presents a huge vulnerability for the system, because those devices can be turned into bots, for example, and you can have a massive botnet that can be used to attack different parts of the network.”

This past January, Tom Wheeler, who was the F.C.C. chairman during the Obama Administration, published an Op-Ed in the New York Times titled “If 5G Is So Important, Why Isn’t It Secure?” The Trump Administration had walked away from security efforts begun during Wheeler’s tenure at the F.C.C.; most notably, in recent negotiations over international standards, the U.S. eliminated a requirement that the technical specifications of 5G include cyber defense. “For the first time in history,” Wheeler wrote, “cybersecurity was being required as a forethought in the design of a new network standard—until the Trump F.C.C. repealed it.” The agency also rejected the notion that companies building and running American digital networks were responsible for overseeing their security. This might have been expected, but the current F.C.C. does not consider cybersecurity to be a part of its domain, either. “I certainly did when we were in office,” Wheeler told me. “But the Republicans who were on the commission at that point in time, and are still there, one being the chairman, opposed those activities as being overly regulatory.”

The Trump Administration, keen to win what it has characterized as “the race to 5G,” may be more interested in attempting to put a brake on Huawei’s—and, by extension, China’s—progress. In January, the company’s chief financial officer, Meng Wanzhou, a daughter of the Huawei founder, was indicted on thirteen counts in the U.S., including breaking sanctions against Iran, money laundering, and obstruction of justice. Meng is currently under arrest in Canada and fighting extradition. Ajit Pai, the F.C.C. chairman, recently announced that the commission will block another Chinese company, China Mobile, from operating in the U.S., again citing security concerns. “If we didn’t have these other trade issues with China, it would be easier to just accept the [Administration’s] security statements as truth,” Scott Wallsten, an economist and the president of the Technology Policy Institute, told me. “But when it gets mixed up with all these other trade issues, it makes it a little more suspect.”

In October, Trump signed a memorandum on “Developing a Sustainable Spectrum Strategy for America’s Future.” A few weeks later, the F.C.C. auctioned off new swaths of the electromagnetic radio spectrum. (There was another auction last month, with more scheduled for later this year.) Opening up new spectrum is crucial to achieving the super-fast speeds promised by 5G. Most American carriers are planning to migrate their services to a higher part of the spectrum, where the bands are big and broad and allow for colossal rivers of data to flow through them. (Some carriers are also working with lower-spectrum frequencies, where the speeds will not be as fast but likely more reliable.) Until recently, these high-frequency bands, which are called millimetre waves, were not available for Internet transmission, but advances in antenna technology have made it possible, at least in theory. In practice, millimetre waves are finicky: they can only travel short distances—about a thousand feet—and are impeded by walls, foliage, human bodies, and, apparently, rain.

To accommodate these limitations, 5G cellular relays will have to be installed inside buildings and on every city block, at least. Cell relays mounted on thirteen million utility poles, for example, will deliver 5G speeds to just over half of the American population, and cost around four hundred billion dollars to install. Rural communities will be out of luck—too many trees, too few people—despite the F.C.C.’s recently announced Rural Digital Opportunity Fund. According to Blair Levin, a communications analyst and former F.C.C. chief of staff in the Clinton Administration, the fund “has nothing to do with 5G.” Rather, it will subsidize companies to lay fibre-optic cable that, minimally, will provide speeds forty times slower than what 5G promises.

Deploying millions of wireless relays so close to one another and, therefore, to our bodies has elicited its own concerns. Two years ago, a hundred and eighty scientists and doctors from thirty-six countries appealed to the European Union for a moratorium on 5G adoption until the effects of the expected increase in low-level radiation were studied. In February, Senator Richard Blumenthal, a Democrat from Connecticut, took both the F.C.C. and F.D.A. to task for pushing ahead with 5G without assessing its health risks. “We’re kind of flying blind here,” he concluded. A system built on millions of cell relays, antennas, and sensors also offers previously unthinkable surveillance potential. Telecom companies already sell location data to marketers, and law enforcement has used similar data to track protesters. 5G will catalogue exactly where someone has come from, where they are going, and what they are doing. “To give one made-up example,” Steve Bellovin, a computer-science professor at Columbia University, told the Wall Street Journal, “might a pollution sensor detect cigarette smoke or vaping, while a Bluetooth receiver picks up the identities of nearby phones? Insurance companies might be interested.” Paired with facial recognition and artificial intelligence, the data streams and location capabilities of 5G will make anonymity a historical artifact.

In China, which has installed three hundred and fifty thousand 5G relays—about ten times more than the United States—enhanced geolocation, coupled with an expansive network of surveillance cameras, each equipped with facial-recognition technology, has enabled authorities to track and subordinate the country’s eleven million Uighur Muslims. According to the Times, “the practice makes China a pioneer in applying next-generation technology to watch its people, potentially ushering in a new era of automated racism.”

The United States is not there yet, and may never be. But, as 5G begins to be rolled out, the pressure to capture and capitalize on new streams of data from individuals, businesses, and government will only grow more intense. Building safeguards into the system seems like an obvious and necessary goal. Spalding is now a senior fellow at the Hudson Institute and also advises corporations and other agencies on the cybersecurity threats posed by China. But, he warns, the danger is not limited to a single nation-state. “What is existential to democracy is allowing totalitarian regimes—or any government—full knowledge of everything you do at all times,” he said. “Because the tendency is always going to be to want to regulate how you think, how you act, what you do. The problem is that most people don’t think very hard about what that world would look like.”

A former CIA director, former US vice-president, banking tycoon and media mogul sit on the board of an oil company on disputed land between Israel and Syria – so how is this not more of a talking point?

The bloody conflict in Syria has been the subject of global attention since 2011, as some of the world’s major players continue to do battle for their respective geopolitical interests.

From the initial uprisings in Homs, the battles in Aleppo to the siege of Ghouta, various parts of the nation have led primetime debates and dominated front pages, thus becoming instantly recognizable to the general public.

Yet a hugely important region involved in the conflict has managed to evade such attention, and it comes as little surprise upon closer inspection of what is at stake both politically and financially.

The Golan Heights is a disputed territory between Syria and Israel which lies in the middle of the two countries. The land was occupied by Israel after the six-day war in 1967, who then annexed the land in 1981, though the move has not been internationally recognized and Syria still demands its return.

Where things start to get interesting is the discovery that the region is home to massive quantities of oil and gas, and the plot thickens upon closer inspection of the company which stands to profit from the major find.

It gives a clear indication that the Golan is not only a region affected by the war, but a major reason for international pressure for it long to continue, implementing regime change at the expense of Bashar Al-Assad.

Headquartered in the United States, Genie Oil and Gas holds extraction rights over a 153 square-mile region in the disputed area, while its Israeli subsidiary, Afek Oil and Gas, was the company which revealed the discovery of reserves “about 10 times larger than the global average”.

The very fact that an American company is involved in the extraction of oil and gas of a disputed territory is questionable, though not uncommon. Where the real red flags are found are on its strategic board.

With renowned figures in the political, financial and media sector on its board, Genie Oil has strategically entrusted in key people who will encourage the need for western intervention in their respective sectors while at the same time keep the talk of the disputed region out of the public spotlight.

Rupert Murdoch

What more effective way to garner public support for starting another illegal war in the Middle East than by having one of the most influential media moguls on the planet banging the war drum on a near daily basis?

Murdoch’s power over English-language newspapers, publishers and TV channels is unrivalled. From BSkyB, The Times and The Sun in the UK, the FOX network which includes FOX News, Dow Jones, The Wall Street Journal, New York Post and National Geographic in the US to the Daily Telegraph and Herald Sun in Australia, to name just a few, the 87-year-old has first-hand access to the minds of millions.

Interestingly, he is not just a board member but a stakeholder. In late 2010, Murdoch teamed up with Lord Jacob Rothschild to buy a 5.5% stake in the company worth around $11 million.

That’s right, Jacob Rothschild, whose banking dynasty encompasses most of the world’s central banks and monetary systems.

He is the youngest son of James Jacob de Rothschild, who was a patron of the first settlement in Palestine, who bought parts of the land from Ottoman landlords which now makes up present-day Israel. His family also was behind the Balfour Declaration that helped pave the way for the creation of Israel.

Dick Cheney

When it comes to using political influence to snap up big oil contracts, look no further than Dick Cheney.

Cheney was the president and CEO of Halliburton from 1995 to 2000, one of the world’s largest oil and gas companies.

In 2001, he became the vice president of the United States under George W. Bush. Soon after, Halliburton just happened to be awarded a $7 billion contract in Iraq for which it was the only oil company allowed to bid.

James Woolsey

Director of the Central Intelligence Agency from 1993 to 1995, Woolsey maintains his power over oil policy as co-founder of United States Energy Security Council.

Back in 2003, Woolsey spoke about the need to “exert pressure” on North African and Middle Eastern regimes, specifically about Libya and Syria, which he described as “rogue states”.

Other board members include Larry Summers, Secretary of the Treasury during Bill Clinton’s presidency and Director of the National Economic Council for Barack Obama, and Bill Richardson, who was the former US Ambassador to the UN, Energy Secretary in the Clinton administration and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

The current president of Genie’s Israeli affiliate company Afek Oil and Gas, which made the huge oil discovery in the Golan in 2015, is Efraim Effi Eitam, a former Israeli military commander who called for expelling Arabs from Israel.

The financial and political significance of the Golan Heights cannot be understated – as well as the billions of dollars set to be made from the oil and gas itself, the conflict in Syria is a unique opportunity for Israel to gain a stronger foothold on the region.

When such prominent figures sit atop a company with significant land and oil to rule – who have a vested interest as well as a conflict of interest – it becomes ever more apparent that the war in Syria is more about the region’s natural resources than fighting terrorism.

Genie would not have political people on its Strategic Advisory Board if it did not need political strings pulled, and it would not have media figures if it did not need public support for yet another highly questionable intervention.

This is a carefully selected all-star lineup with a proven track record when it comes to influencing public opinion, shifting global policy and snapping up oil contracts on foreign land. The fact that this has largely remained under the radar despite being such a prominent reason for the ongoing war in Syria proves that the plan is, so far, working to a tee. ~ I Am Awake

The number one biblical verse used by Zionist Jews and Zionist Christians alike to justify dispossessing the Palestinians of their land is this one:

“On that day the LORD made a covenant with Abram and said, ‘To your descendants I give this land, from the river of Egypt to the great river, the Euphrates….’” Genesis 15:18

By descendants God definitely meant the same biological bloodline, the same DNA, actual grandchildren of Abram/Abraham. Not spiritual progeny. As even a cursory study would show, those today who are known as Jews are not remotely bloodline descendants of Abraham.

They are in fact the non-Semitic and non-Israelite Ashkenazim and Sephardim, who in later times joined small numbers of other races that converted to Judaism/Pharisaism: Polish, Russians, Ukrainians, Germans, etc. These latter ones form a minority known as European Jews who, when coupled with the Ashkenazim, constitute a majority against the darker-skinned Samaritan, Sephardic, and African Jews; and none of these groups can claim to be of Abraham’s bloodline.

However, it is very important to understand what the bible and history have to say about the majority of converted Jews, the people known as Ashkenazim and Sephardim, while bearing in mind that 1) Abraham was a descendant of Shem – hence the term Semite or Shemite; 2) his scion Jacob and his twelve sons were the true biblical Hebraic Israelite nation with whom God had the Old Covenant (not with converted Jews); 3) the true Israelite nation no longer exists, and their land inheritance expired with them.

“The LORD was very angry with Israel, and removed them out of his sight… And the LORD rejected all the seed of Israel, and afflicted them, and delivered them into the hand of spoilers, until he had cast them out of his sight.” 2 Kings 17:18,20

ASHKENAZ

This is what the Bible has to say about the Ashkenazim in Genesis 10:

1 “Now these are the generations of the sons of Noah, Shem, Ham, and Japheth: and unto them were sons born after the flood. 2 The sons of Japheth: Gomer, and Magog, and Madai, and Javan, and Tubal, and Meshech, and Tiras. 3 And the sons of Gomer: ASHKENAZ, and Riphath, and Togarmah. 4 And the sons of Javan: Elishah, and Tarshish, Kittim, and Dodanim. 5 By these were the isles of the Gentiles divided in their lands; every one after his tongue, after their families, in their nations.” (Emphasis Added)

Today’s Ashkenazi Jews, or descendants of Ashkenaz, are some of the GENTILES (Goyim) the bible speaks of. Why then do Ashkenazim call Christians and other non-Jews Gentiles, while pinning on themselves the term Chosen People? Is it ignorance or deception? It’s definitely not ignorance. And if to those outside it looks like deception, to them it’s pure re-branding. The ultimate Chutzpah!

Consider the terrible irony!

Ashkenazic (and Sephardic) Jews are themselves the Gentiles that many rabbis warn their congregations not to marry. To further the re-branding, they also call themselves Semites or Shemites when they’re JAPHETITES, which means they’re not Hebrews either. This re-branding is much like the way most of them – if not the majority of them – keep changing their last names every time they settle in a new country. The reason is simple and quite pragmatic. It’s a survival mechanism.

The Ashkenazim are a resilient, roaming Turkic people. They have a knack for reinventing themselves. They first surfaced in world annals as the notoriously barbaric Scythians or Sakadeans, depending on regional phonetic.

“Here there is no Gentile or Judahite, circumcised or uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave or free, but Christ is all, and is in all.” Colossians 3: 11

The word Scythian or Sakadean comes from the word Saka – with its Iranian verbal root Sak, meaning to roam.

The Scythians settled Central Eurasia which they conquered with their Gentile brother Togarmath and various other cousins, expanding across a vast track of land that encompassed but was not limited to parts of present-day Turkey and Iran. Their Gentile brother Riphath along with their uncle Javan’s descendants settled in Greece.

Later on, they reinvented themselves and settled a land they would call Khazaria – from the word Qasar, with its Turkic root Qaz, meaning to roam – following the break-up of the western Turkish Steppe Empire. Then the country converted en masse to Judaism/Pharisaism, sometime between 740 and 920 AD, just so they could remain independent of the two competing empires of that time, Christianity and Islam.

“Judaism was the most actively proselytizing religion,” explained Jewish historian Shlomo Sand. “The most significant mass conversion occurred in the 8th century, in the massive Khazar kingdom between the Black and Caspian seas.”

Then, Sviatoslav I of Kiev destroyed Khazaria around 1048 and absorbed it into Kievan Rus’, a territory that would later become part of the Russian Empire.

In Imperial Russia, the Ashkenazim were kept under tight control and enclosed in the Pale of Settlement. Something the Ashkenazim never forgave Russia.

Biding their time, they nurtured their hatred and plotted their revenge along with a new reinvention. They became the power behind the heinous Bolsheviks who took over the Russian government in the 1910s and killed 66 million Christians, including 200,000 members of the Christian clergy, and destroyed 40,000 churches, according to famed Christian Russian writer Alexander Solzhenitsyn.

The great majority of the Bolsheviks were Russian Ashkenazi Jews such asVladimir Lenin, Leon Trosky, Lev Kamenev, Gregory Zinoviev, Yakov Sverdlov, and Grigory Sokolnikov. They were financed by Ashkenazi bankers from New York and London such as Rothschild Bank and Jacob Schiff of Kuhn and Loeb & Co., who themselves championed the destructive ideology of the Ashkenazi Karl Marx and found it profitable to invest in Communism’s disastrous conquest of Russia, while making a few bucks in the process by plundering the country via well placed agents who would later be known as “oligarchs.“

Today, Russia is under fire for the conflict in Ukraine. A conflict that was started by the neocon Ashkenazi Victoria Nuland in the US State Department, with her neocon Ashkenazi husband Robert Kagan working in the background via powerful organizations such as Project for a New American Century, the Brookings Institution, and Council on Foreign Relations. The Ashkenazi George Soros also contributed financially to the Ukrainian Maidan “Revolution.”

Their sole purpose is to destroy Russia once again by starting a fire in its underbelly, Ukraine. A fire they’re planning to spread into Russia proper via military and economic warfare. Why? Because Russia has had the gall to rise from its still warm Ashkenazi-induced ashes. And because Russia has had the temerity to arrest their well placed thieving agents known as “oligarchs,” with some fleeing the country. And because Russia has had the audacity to impede the American war on Syria which was orchestrated by AIPAC for the benefit of Israel.

After the destruction of Khazaria, the Ashkenazim scattered East and West throughout Europe and reinvented themselves as Errant Jews or Wandering Jews – meaning Roaming(Khazarian/Sakadean or Scythian) Jews. That label had nothing to do with a longing for Palestine but a longing for Khazaria or perhaps a longing for a new land, any new land. Here’s an excerpt from Wikipedia:

In 1903 Theodore Herzl presented the British Uganda Program at the Sixth Zionist Congress in Basel.

In the late 1930s, the British Zionist League considered a number of other places where a Jewish homeland could be established. The Kimberley region in Australia was considered until the Curtin government (in office: 1941–1945) rejected the possibility.

However, the great majority migrated to Palestine where they created many terrorist groups such as the Irgun, the Stern gang, and Haganah. They terrorized the Palestinian population, killed thousands upon thousands, and forced hundreds of thousands out of their homes and into neighboring Arab countries. Consequently, they stole Palestine and renamed it Israel in order to reinvent themselves as Hebrews and hoodwink gullible Christians in the West.

In their adoptive countries outside of Israel, including the US and Europe, the Ashkenazim have become financial and influential powerhouses, not because they’re Jews – at heart the majority of them are really not religious at all and couldn’t care less – but because they’re a shrewd people. They have learned much from their roaming throughout history, and they assimilate themselves fast and hard. They’re the ultimate Nomads.

Could it be that, after two successive ideological failures in the forms of Communism and the current slow-motion destruction of Zionism in Israel, somewhere deep inside the minds of die-hard Ashkenazi leaders lies a plan for a new reinvention? Will that reinvention be the re-conquest of their Khazar Khaganate – a land that is now situated deep inside Russia and encompasses Ukraine and Crimea? Is that why Putin suddenly reattached Crimea to Russia? Will they be okay with just Ukraine?

SEPHARAD

Sephardim is derived from the word Sephard or Sepharad. Its origin is from the Persian name Saparda. It appears only once in the Bible in a prophecy by Obadiah to Edom:

“And the captivity of this host of the children of Israel shall possess that of the Canaanites, even unto Zarephath; and the captivity of Jerusalem, which is in Sepharad, shall possess the cities of the south.” Obadiah 1:20

Sepharad was located in Mede where Iran is today (i.e., the land of the 3 wise Magi who paid homage to the infant Jesus). Therefore, people from Sepharad were not descendants of Abraham either, because the Medes of Northwest Iran were not Semites but Madaites, of Madai son of Japheth, uncle of Ashkenaz. Thus, the people from Sepharad, or the Madaites/Medes/Midianites, now known as Sephardic Jews, are Gentile JAPHETITES, not Semites.

Interestingly, when Modern Israel was founded in 1948 the only Muslim countries to have recognized it first were the non-Semitic, non-Arab countries of Turkey and Iran, because the people of these two countries share the same bloodline as both the Ashkenazim and the Sephardim.

The ancient Judahites or Judeans of Jerusalem, capital city of the Kingdom of Judah, were in captivity in Sepharad, but the Lord had promised them deliverance, which did occur in biblical times soon after Obadiah’s prophecy to Edom, sometime in mid-fifth century B.C. So the captive biblical Judahites in Sepharad did return to their homeland in Judah.

However, many people from Sepharad converted to the religion of their ancient captives, and many Judahites also stayed behind mixing it up with the locals, as was often the case throughout Biblical Israel’s history when God would send them into captivity. It’s no wonder Magi from that land would later on know of the birth of Jesus the Messiah.

It would also explain why the biggest Jewish community in the Middle East today – outside the non-existent ever-expanding borders of the modern Zionist state – is in Iran, where all of them refuse to emigrate to Israel because they consider themselves to be Iranians who just happen to be Jews instead of Muslims or Christians. Basically, the Iranian Jews did not buy into the brainwashing the other Jews, who voluntarily relocated to Israel, fell for.

Eventually, many Sephardic Jews emigrated to Europe, especially to Spain and Portugal, where they made a new home on the Iberian peninsula, which was itself originally settled by Madai’s brother Tubal, also son of Japheth. Blood calls unto blood, doesn’t it? Subsequently, the Spanish Inquisition spurred a great number of Sephardic Jews to emigrate to North Africa where they became known as Mizrahi or Oriental Jews.

It seems that people today have forgotten that Ancient Israel, specifically the tribe of Judah, unlike Modern Israel, and much like Biblical Israel’s offspring, the Christian Church, was a proselytizing nation which wanted people all over the world to know and pray to the true God of the Universe; even though, at one point, the conversion process had become totally corrupted because of the pharisaic teachings. Let’s hear Jesus:

“Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves.” Matthew 23:15

When these folks converted they didn’t miraculously become Judahites and Hebrews. How could anyone?

The people of Sepharad, like the Ashkenazim and all the others who converted to the religion of the ancient Judahites, only professed to adhere to the various rules of the faith. They maintained their own cultures and identities. Today they are known as Talmudic Jews and Torah Jews. See The Word Jew is NOT in the Bible.

Even the prophet Obadiah, who prophesied about the ancient Judahites in Sepharad, was a convert. He was an Edomite, not a Hebrew. Now Edom or Esau was the brother of Jacob or Israel. His country was situated on portions of both present-day Jordan and Palestine.

So why did God pick an Edomite preacher and not a Hebrew one? Because God knows very well that a prophet is never accepted in his own home – ask Jesus. And because God wanted Edom to pay for what he had done to his brother Jacob, He called on an Edomite prophet to warn them, knowing the homegrown prophet would be rejected. Otherwise he would have sent an Israelite, like he did with Jonah the Hebrew in Nineveh (Modern Iraq) where they all repented (and converted and became known later on as Karaites or Karaite Jews) to Jonah’s chagrin.

As expected, the Edomites did not repent and suffered the consequences. They were totally wiped out, but Judah did return home to “possess the cities of the South” or their Southern Kingdom.

“Esau I have hated, and I have turned his hill country into a wasteland and left his inheritance to the desert jackals.” Malachi 1:3

By inheritance God meant descendants.

“Children are an inheritance of the LORD.” Psalm 127:3

God did the same thing to the Hebrews. He sent them one of their own, Jesus, so He could get revenge for all the prophets they had killed, Jesus included. They also got wiped out, but the Church was born.

FALSE DICHOTOMY

Virulent Zionist Jews stole the land of Palestine and transformed it into Israel. In the process they developed a hatred for Arab Muslims, especially Palestinian Muslims, even though they both supposedly worship the same God, the God of Abraham.

However, during the time of the ancient Hebrews the non-Hebraic proselytes used to live amongst their Hebraic proselytizers with no problem. God even commanded it.

“If a stranger lives as a foreigner with you in your land, you shall not do him wrong. The stranger who lives as a foreigner with you shall be to you as the native-born among you, and you shall love him as yourself; for you lived as foreigners in the land of Egypt. I am Yahweh your God.” Leviticus 19:33-34

One would think that because of the many similarities Jews have with Muslims, such as circumcision and the like, that the Zionists would concede to living in harmony. But they don’t want to. And that’s because it’s not about faith. It’s not about God and the Bible or God and His promises and commandments. It’s about land. And more land. A land without Arabs. They want the whole enchilada. The whole pie. It’s an obsession the Ashkenazic leaders of Israel have successfully inculcated in their coreligionists.

That obsession has turned an entire people toward a malignant racism that has morphed into an Apartheid system worse than the one that took shape in South Africa. So much so that the whole country is openly talking about the genocide of the Palestinians living among them, mistreating them, killing them, and bombing them at will in the hope they will leave the land in disgust.

Ironically, though Islam and Judaism are similar in many ways, where they differ greatly is in their belief of who Jesus Christ was.

Muslims believe that Jesus was born of the Holy Spirit and of the Virgin Mary, was only a prophet to the ancient Israelites, was not crucified to death, went to heaven without dying, and is expected to return soon.

However, according to Talmudic Jews, Jesus was a sorcerer and a demon-possessed liar who is now boiling in excrement in hell and whose mother Mary was a whore. From Wikipedia according to the Talmud:

In Gittin 56b, 57a a story is mentioned in which Onkelos summons up the spirit of Yeshu [or Yeshua (Jesus)] who sought to harm Israel. He describes his punishment in the afterlife as boiling in excrement.

In addition, at the 1240 Disputation of Paris, Donin presented the allegation that the Talmud was blasphemous towards Mary, the mother of Jesus (“Miriam” in Hebrew) and this criticism has been repeated by many Christian sources. The texts cited by critics include Sanhedrin 67a, Sanhedrin 106a, and Shabbath 104b.

Thus it seems that Muslims are much closer to Christ than are Jews.

JACOB’S SEED

“Behold, I have set the land before you: go in and possess the land which the Lord swore unto your fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give unto them and to their seed after them.” Deuteronomy 1:8

Sephardic and Ashkenazi Jews are not of the seed of Abraham and especially not of Jacob’s. European and African Jews are not either. Therefore they can’t be the Chosen People since they are not of the Semitic lineage of the 12 Hebrew tribes, and for that matter can’t claim the inheritance of the land of Palestine which they have stolen. In a just court of law their self-ascribed right to hold on to the land would be thrown out.

And resurrecting the dead Hebrew tongue after centuries in the dustbin of oblivion, in order to make it modern Israel’s official language, won’t change those facts, much like parking a Subaru in a Lamborghini dealership won’t turn it into a Veneno Roadster.

Besides, most religious Jews follow the man-inspired Talmud (full of Babylonian superstitions), and not the God-inspired Old Testament where God’s promises and commandments are recorded. Only Torah Jews follow the Old Testament’s Pentateuch, and they believe that Jews should not be occupying Palestine. They recognize only the current Palestinian government.

Furthermore, the seed of Jacob mentioned in the Bible is prophetically applied to seed, singular, which seed is Jesus Christ who was repeatedly called the Son of David, himself a descendant of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

At first glance, if anyone is to inherit Palestine, it should be Christians, spiritual descendants of Jesus, the seed of Jacob. That understanding was in fact used to execute the evil Crusades of the Middle Ages. Needless to say it is a perverted comprehension of what that particular inheritance means.

The true Israel of God is now those who throughout the earth adhere to the New Covenant of Christ. They are called by the new name Christians. Their new promised land is the heavenly paradise promised to Christ’s true followers, with its capital city, the new Jerusalem, being from above. Hence, Christians are the new Chosen People. Chosen to love, to spread peace, to do good to all, and not to lord over anyone.

“Him that overcomes will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.” Revelation 3:12

Therefore, when the Old Testament admonishes us to “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem,” we must filter it through the New Covenant. It presently means “Pray for all Christians that by the blood of Christ’s New Covenant they may overcome their sinful nature and be fully sanctified, so they can inherit the eternal peace of the new Jerusalem from above.”

God is working from a new script, not the obsolete one. Here’s the Apostle Paul’s conclusion on the First (Old) Covenant from Hebrews 8:13: “God has made the first obsolete!” And by the way, obsolete really means obsolete. Done. Kaput. Finito.

The so-called “Christian” pastors and teachers, who impart that the Old Testament favoritism of one particular group of people still applies today, do so only to spit and trample on the works of Christ.

“God does not show favoritism.” Romans 2:11

These wolves in sheep clothing are nothing but mammonists paid by Zionist Jews to brainwash Christians with the drivel that there are two covenants simultaneously at play. Their false teachings are meant to persuade Christians into sanctioning the theft of Palestine by a bunch of impostors who are pretending to be Hebrews. However, they are only digging themselves deep into hell’s volcanic fire.

Christians, stay away from these men!

For their whole purpose is to deny Christ’s New Covenant which is freely available to all nations on earth without respect to color, race, geographical demarcation, or spiritual condition.

In other words, they want to destroy the New Covenant whose aim is to forge a spiritually egalitarian brotherhood of man throughout the earth, with Jesus as the loving big brother.

“For both the One who sanctifies and those who are sanctified are of the same family. That is why Jesus is not ashamed to call them brothers.” Hebrews 2:11

If one is dead set on applying ancestry and racial stock as to who should inherit the land of Palestine, then the Arabs clearly win – the Palestinian Arabs to be more precise. For Arabs of the Middle East, which include cultural Arabs such as Chaldeans, Assyrians, Aramaics, Phoenicians, and Syriacs, are the only living bloodline descendants of Abraham and the only true Semites, not converted Jews.

“To your (Abraham’s) descendants I give this land….” Genesis 15:18

The Palestinian Arabs have inhabited the land for close to 2000 years since the destruction of the Hebrew Nation, Jerusalem, and the Temple by Rome in AD 70. That famed destruction is known as the Apocalypse or the Armageddon or the Great Tribulation or the End of the Age, as prophesied by Christ Himself in the Gospels and by the Apostle John throughout the entire book of Revelation.

That particular destruction saw the end of the Hebrew race, except for those who converted to Christianity and fled the country before the great tribulation and massacre, as recorded by Josephus in The Wars of the Judahites. Thus those Christian Hebrews who escaped embodied “all Israel shall be saved”‘ of Romans 11:26.

If there exist Christian Hebrews today, they are cultural Arabs by now, living in Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, and Palestine; but chances are they’ve intermarried with other Semitic Christians in the area, hence they are not pure-bred Hebrews.

Before the End of the Age of the Hebrews, the entire exercise or raison d’être of the 12 Hebrew Tribes was just God’s way of nurturing a people, so He could arrive on earth in the person of the Messiah, Jesus. He distributed them across seven lots throughout the land of Canaan (Joshua 14-19), and kept track of them through endless censuses, even when they were in captivity.

That whole endeavor was God building Himself an earthly home and family for when He finally decided to visit. And once that was done, He loved it so much He decided He now wanted the entire human race to be His new family. To those Hebrews who accepted Him, he warned them to leave the land as judgment was about to fall on those who rejected and crucified Him – hence the desolation or the end of the age or the destruction of an entire people. That is why the Hebrew Tribes are no longer around. And they can’t and won’t be “found” either.

“Jesus turned and said to them, ‘Daughters of Jerusalem, do not weep for me; weep for yourselves and for your children.’ ” Luke 23:28

“But he responded, ‘Do you see all these buildings? I tell you the truth, they will be completely demolished. Not one stone will be left on top of another!’” Matthew 24: 2

“But when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then recognize that her desolation is near.Then those who are in Judea must flee to the mountains, and those who are in the midst of the city must leave, and those who are in the country must not enter the city.” Luke 21: 20,21

“Truly I tell you, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened.” Matthew 24:34

“They will be killed by the sword when all of them are made captives by the Gentiles. And Jerusalem will be trampled down by the Gentiles until the period of the Gentiles is fulfilled.” Luke 21:24

“And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Mattthew 28:20

“And their dead bodies will lie in the street of the great city which mystically is called Sodom and Egypt, where also their Lord was crucified.” Revelation 11:8

Besides, when was the last time you heard of a prophet whom God sent to anoint a King over modern Israel, as He used to do in the old days? What of the animal sacrifices? What of the lamb to be killed and eaten during Passover, like Jesus did when He established the new covenant with his disciples, a lamb that was killed and eaten in a private home? The sacrifice of the Passover Lamb in the Hebrew home was God’s very covenant with each individual ancient Hebrew, and that’s why Jesus repeated it with his disciples in order to introduce the new covenant.

Do Jews today kill a lamb for Passover in their own homes to keep the old covenant alive? Is modern Israel comprised of only Judea and Samaria as it was in the Old Testament and divided into seven lots as God directed Joshua, with each tribe settling on its own parcel? Are the bloodline descendants of the Levites still around to restock a future Temple, because no other Hebrew tribe can?

The answer to all of these questions is resoundingly negative. And ironically, Judea and Samaria of the Bible (i.e., the Kingdoms of Judah and Israel) are today mostly inside the West Bank of Palestine (map on your right, and aptly named Judea and Samaria even by thieving Zionists) and not inside Modern Israel.

PAST & PRESENT

To all Israeli Jews we say, denounce and renounce your Zionist leaders, for just as they sold you out to Hitler and his 150,000 Jewish soldiers, they will sell you out once more to be butchered.

Do not think for a minute that they have your best interest at heart – no government in the world has the best interest of their people at heart. Otherwise why have they led you into a country under false pretense and brainwashed you to hate all your Muslim neighbors, when you are surrounded on all sides by these very neighbors? Where will you run to when all hell breaks loose? Into the sea? Isn’t that what they’ve been telling you over and over, that “they” want to run the Jews into the sea?

With that meme they’re getting you accustomed to that very idea for when it actually happens. The sea is the only place where they have not created enemies for you, and they would if they could. They want to watch you flail and drown, while they fly away in their private jets to Switzerland after they have stolen all your money and transferred it to some tax haven, only to reinvent themselves somewhere else. Ask George Soros how he did it during World War 2. If you still don’t believe it, then remember why and how you got to Palestine.

1900 years after that fateful event called The Apocalypse, Ashkenazi Zionists, under the same pretext as that used by the so called “Christian” Crusaders of the Middle Ages, flooded into Palestine armed with terror and violence and backed by the imperial might of Britain.

Many political analysts and historians of that time saw the Jewish invasion of Palestine as a British imperial project, this time using Zionist Jews as cannon fodder, much like Zionist “Christians” were used during the Middle Ages when the Europeans’ goal was to plunder the area and control the Mediterranean.

Now the English empire wanted a beachhead to keep the Middle East in turmoil and divided, so as to conquer and control the Arabs who control the oil, while keeping their own hands on the wells’ spigots. It was a mutually beneficial arrangement. The Ashkenazim got their land, and the Empire got an outpost that the Ashkenazim would rename Israel, in order to hoodwink gullible Christians in the West.

But the empire not only wanted to keep the Arabs divided, they also wanted to keep Israeli society divided and weak. So the Israeli leaders delivered: Ashkenazim and European Jews discriminate against Sephardic and African Jews, as they control most everything in the country; Russian Jews, who are mostly pretend Jews, escaped the Soviet Union, courtesy of the US, and now constitute a fifth column; Orthodox Jews hate all the non-religious Jews and vice versa; Israeli Arabs are kept as third-class citizens, with Sephardic and North African Jews as second class, and Black African Jews as no class; most Israeli Jews hate the Palestinians, either in the occupied territories or within Israel itself, and would love to excise them from the land, while the Palestinians, under the weight of over 60 years of occupation, would love to see the Jews finally leave, so they could become free from Apartheid.

To say the whole country is a mess is an understatement.

Today, imperial America is somewhat loosely controlling this Sparta-like project called Israel. And they’re doing so without regard for the people in the region and what it will cost innocent Jews, Muslims, and Christians. The time is fast approaching when Israel will no longer be of use to a defunct imperial power. That’s how it was in the past and that’s how it’ll be soon. Use and discard. After all, it is a universal truth that Empires invariably “eat their children,” especially after they collapse.

Frankly, the US Empire is not the real culprit here. How many times did America try to coax Israel into making peace and Israel’s leaders always turned intransigent? There are so many times you can bite the hand that feeds you, especially if the feeding is to the tune of billions of dollars a year.

The mostly Ashkenazim and European Zionist leaders are to blame. There are too many red flags. Have they forgotten the stain that the Crusades left on Christianity? Do they not remember how those Crusades ended? Have they no knowledge of history to understand how empire after empire lost Palestine? Do they even ask themselves what their own Crusade will leave behind this time? Have they not witnessed what happened to Apartheid South Africa? And most importantly, why do they not make a just and lasting peace with all of their neighbors, even if they lose considerable land? Isn’t peace better? Frankly, these leaders don’t give a hoot.

Together with imperial America, the Zionist leaders have ignited the suffering of millions of innocents, Christians and Muslims, who are presently living in torment, not only in Palestine but throughout the Middle East. This has been orchestrated in order to create a cauldron they hope to pour on all the inhabitants of the area, Israelis included.

CONCLUSION: A LOOK BEHIND THE SCENES

“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Ephesians 6:12

The demonic forces are hell-bent on making the land of Palestine suffer for having brought about Jesus, the Prince of Peace. They’ve been tormenting that land for over 2000 years, with the ultimate goal of punishing Abraham’s only biological descendants, the Arabs throughout the Middle East. That’s their way of trying to eliminate that entire bloodline, so as to remove any physical vestige of the kinsmen of the One who beat their boss Satan on the cross.

They see these Arabs, especially the Arab Christians, as representing a line in the sand, a true embodiment of the obsolete Old Covenant which Satan cleverly used to kill Christ, but is now rendered void by the resurrected Messiah. By somewhat “reconstructing” the Old Covenant close to its original location, they have pushed the Middle East on the edge of the abyss, in order to deplete the area of Christians and to kill as many real Semites as they can.

All these interminable conflicts are causing Christians to leave in droves and destroying the future for millions. And if you still doubt the hate that has been carefully nurtured and managed against Arabs, especially in the past decades, then you’ve been living in a hole.

To Satan’s horror when Jesus rose from the dead, that old cunning Dragon started running amok. He realized he had been defeated. He thought he could kill God on earth, so he could run the show. And just like he deceived the Ancient Hebrew leaders into killing Christ, his forces are now playing the Ashkenazim leaders like a fiddle. They’re the real fiddlers on the region’s roof. No peace. Just endless war. After all, peace reminds them of the Prince of Peace. Can’t have that.

So now they have their eyes set on bringing their play to the next level: finish off the real Semites and devour the Western world which Christian civilization has brought about. Basically kill two birds with one stone.

To engulf all Christendom, they have to involve the Ashkenazim’s arch nemesis, Russia, which holds an arsenal of about 8,000 nuclear missiles. And the way to execute that is by 1) waging war against Russia’s allies, Syria and Iran (both have a mutual defense pact), a war that would eventually spread to Israel and other Arab countries, and 2) setting fire in Russia’s underbelly, Ukraine, hoping the fire will spread through Russia, Europe, and the US.

But even hell’s cohorts know that confronting Russia and its allies is not something the Israelis can bring to fruition by themselves. So better get the Israelis’ minions to do it. Today, I have signed into law H.R. 3151, the “Taxpayer First Act” (the “Act”). Sections 1001(a) and 2101(a) of the Act require the Commissioner of Internal Revenue to appoint persons to positions responsible for significant functions of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Such persons are likely inferior officers under the Appointments Clause of the Constitution. Because the IRS is a component of the Department of the Treasury, the Commissioner is not the head of a department and thus lacks constitutional authority to appoint inferior officers. I therefore direct the Secretary of the Treasury, as the head of the department, to approve any appointments made pursuant to sections 1001(a) and 2101(a) of the Act.

Doctor Fined $100,000 for ‘Anti-Vax’ Social Media Posts

Chiropractor ordered to pay $10,000 per year for 10 years for committing thought crime: Adan Salazar | Infowars.com – JULY 5, 2019

A Canadian medical committee has ordered a chiropractor to pay $100,000 for sharing “anti-vaccine” views on social media.

The ruling, publicized Thursday, orders Dr. Dena Churchill of Halifax to pay the Nova Scotia College of Chiropractors for “professional misconduct” after she shared “her personal views that vaccinations could be harmful.”

“Dr. Churchill’s conduct brought the profession of chiropractic into disrepute,” the committee wrote.

The college maintained social media posts Dr. Churchill made in 2018 were an “egregious breach” of the national chiropractic association’s guidelines, which reportedly order chiropractors “not to discuss vaccines in any capacity,” according to the CBC.

“Dr. Churchill was responsible for social media posts outside her scope of practice which were harmful to the public,” the committee wrote, noting she was defiant of regulators and refused to delete certain posts.

“Dr. Churchill maintained significant social media activity which is outside the scope of practice of chiropractic in Nova Scotia despite direct instruction to stop. That is egregious conduct.”

The committee also noted that Dr. Churchill refused to bend to pressure, maintaining, “Her personal views are her personal views,” and that she “does not retreat from those views” that vaccines can cause harm.

“The entire matter could have been avoided if Dr. Churchill deleted offending posts from her social media account, the committee admits, adding, “She refused.”

“Dr. Churchill has been found guilty of the charges that have been filed against her,” the Hearing Committee wrote.

After taking her finances and health into consideration, the committee decided to allow Dr. Churchill to pay $100,000 over the course of 10 years, maintaining that if she didn’t pay “at least a total of $30,000 by January 2, 2022,” she’d have to pay the total in full.

In a Facebook post Friday, Dr. Churchill thanked the CBC for its coverage of her story.

“My sincere hope is that my example will awaken more of the public to the control and manipulation of the medical industrial complex,” she wrote.

“[T]he article is perfectly correct in that I have no remorse and I would do it all over again if I had the opportunity,” said Dr. Churchill.

“VACCINES ARE DANGEROUS educated people know this if they study the research. ‘Anti’ is a word used to divide the population, I’d encourage you to BE VACCINE INFORMED.”

“Silencing us doctors in any discipline is against the charter of rights and freedoms,” she added. “And to silence us when we are trying to relate dangers to public based on research is criminal!”

Thank you to CBC for keeping us up to date on the hearings, thank you to the Nova Scotia Chiropractic College for this investigation. My sincere hope is that my example will awaken more of the public to the control and manipulation of the medical industrial complex.

It has been an emotional year, giving away my chiropractic practise, having to sell my home and move in with my mother who has been healing through cancer. But the article is perfectly correct in that I have no remorse and I would do it all over again if I had the opportunity. I consented to conditions set out by the college to be able to surrender my license and halt the price tag of further investigation. Silencing us doctors in any discipline is against the charter of rights and freedoms. And to silence us when we are trying to relate dangers to public based on research is criminal! Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and the provincial health ministers have heard my concerns but now that the media has tainted my credentials and character, they need to hear from you too.

Over 60,000 Americans were sterilized in the U.S., in the name of eugenics, but it didn’t end there. The phenomenon of men’s sperm declining by 50% and infertility in females rapidly rising – stumps no one – they just won’t tell you the truth.

• Over 60,000 Americans were sterilized in the name of eugenics and the Supreme Court law wasn’t repealed until the 1970s.

• The U.S. population growth hit a historic 80-year low in 2018 due to less births, while immigration continues to grow – projected to be the primary contributor after 2030.

• Nearly every western country has a historic low birth rate – media is silent.

• The Rockefellers worked with scientists, WHO, UNFPA, USAID, multiple governments, and others, to create anti-fertility vaccines that would sterilize both men and women on a mass scale, with research evolving into crops as well.

• DNA databases you voluntarily submit your DNA to are being used for scientific research, by law enforcement, and based on history – for eugenics.

• Over 60% of processed food Americans consume is genetically modified. Coincidentally, children have seen a 50% increase in food allergies since 2011, and obesity and health issues are rapidly rising.

The U.S. has hit a historic 80-year low population growth, with the lowest birthrate since just after the Great Depression. This same pattern is happening in most of the western world. While these numbers continue to plummet, immigrants are being flown in, driven in, and boated in so as to meet their 2030 projected agenda for immigrants to create new growth in populations. As the infertility crisis in both men and women rapidly rises, the elders will outnumber the children. We have already reached the tipping point, and are on the brink of their end game.

Eugenicists under the guise of “scientists” and “philanthropists” have been running this game for decades. Statistics don’t lie. The timeline paints the picture, the data creates the framework, and the circle of people instrumental in these agendas are quoted in their own words. It’s not a secret – they haven’t hidden this – one only needs to open their eyes. After all, they’ve long since formed their “population control” organizations, and have been telling you their concerns for years now. You just couldn’t imagine that what they meant by “control” was literally altering human physiology and outcomes to serve their eugenics agenda.

World Population Growth Rate:

What is the true history of eugenics, its role across the globe, and where are our futures headed? The dictionary definition of eugenics, is the science of improving a human population by controlled breeding to increase the occurrence of desirable heritable characteristics. Another popular definition is, eugenics is a set of beliefs and practices that aim to improve the genetic quality of a human population by excluding certain genetic groups judged to be inferior, and promoting other genetic groups judged to be superior. Eugenics dates back to the 1800s, and make no mistake – though the terminology may have changed, it’s more than prevalent today. From pushed agendas, forced agendas, sterilizations, vaccines, GMOs, abortions, environmental, and otherwise – it’s happening. The evidence is well documented below.

Biotechnology, genomics, and genetics research laboratories have long held their positions in the scientific industry, while being funded by all the usual suspects.

Jackson Laboratory in Maine for example, home to many renown scientists, has been around since 1929, boasts the addition of the Rockefeller wing added in 1938, and is host to 63 research labs between Maine and Connecticut locations, that study the unique genetic makeup of each individual.

The ability to sequence and analyze entire mammalian genomes has created a revolution in biomedical research. Discovery has gone far beyond the single-gene sequence and protein function research previously possible. We are now investigating entire gene networks, background effects, the role of single nucleotide polymorphisms and structural variants across the genome, modeling genotype-phenotype relationships and much more.

Certainly, the CRISPR-Cas9 method for genome editing, helps things along.

The History of Eugenics Timeline

1796 The Smallpox vaccine was introduced by Edward Jenner. He became known as the father of immunology, and continued his work into the mid 1800s.

Late 1800sFrancis Galton coined the term eugenics. Galton was half-cousin of Charles Darwin. Galton was involved in the fields of genetics, psychology, meteorology, and statistics, and advocated for a selective breeding program for humans.

1885 French biologist, microbiologist, and chemist, Louis Pasteur created the first vaccines for anthrax and rabies.

Early 1900sCharles Davenport and Harry Laughlin began a eugenics movement in the U.S.

1901 John D. Rockefeller founded the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research (RIMR) in Arkansas, where William Welch served as chairman of the advisory board. Welch later became a trustee and chairman of the executive committee to the Carnegie Institution. Welch was a physician, pathologist, bacteriologist, and medical school administrator, in addition to being one of the four founding professors at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. By the 1930s, the Rockefeller Institute became the center for viral research where most in the field of virology trained.

1907 Indiana was the first state to enact a sterilization law, and by 1935, 32 other states followed suit, which resulted in forced sterilization of 60,000 people in the U.S. by the mid 60s. Not only did they focus these sterilization programs on the disabled, but on the poor, criminals, and “low IQ” as well. California accounted for one third of the sterilizations across the country.

1910Charles Davenport founded the Eugenics Record Office (ERO) at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory on Long Island “to improve the natural, physical, mental, and temperamental qualities of the human family.” Harry Laughlin was the first director, and they began collecting data on family pedigrees depicting the inheritance of mental, moral, and physical traits, with a focus on undesirable traits. The ERO operated for three decades.

The English focused on selective breeding for positive traits, while the U.S. focused on eliminating negative traits by preventing poor, uneducated, and minority populations from propagating.

1913 The Rockefeller Foundation was founded by John D. Rockefeller, John D. Rockefeller Jr., and Frederick Taylor Gates in New York. They have put millions into molecular biology and the health industry throughout the years. In 1984 the Rockefeller Foundation met with international delegates from the fields of medicine, government and philanthropy to discuss creating a global immunization program for children. With millions in financial support, they managed to increase immunization rates to 80%.

1914Harry Laughlin published a Model Eugenical Sterilization Law that would authorize sterilization of the “socially inadequate.” It was to include people supported in institutions or maintained wholly or in part by public expense, in addition to feebleminded, insane, criminalistics, epileptic, inebriate, diseased, blind, deaf, deformed, dependent, orphans, ne’er-do-wells, tramps, the homeless and paupers. By the time it was published 12 states had already enacted sterilization laws.

1916Margaret Sanger opened the first birth control clinic in Brooklyn New York. Sanger argued for compulsory sterilization and segregation for people with disabilities, right alongside eugenicists.

1917 Margaret Sanger founded the journal the ‘Birth Control Review.’ Some of her articles included:”Birth Control and Racial Betterment” (Feb. 1919), “Some Moral Aspects of Eugenics” (June 1920), “The Eugenic Conscience” (February 1921), “The Purpose of Eugenics” (December 1924), “Birth Control and Positive Eugenics” (July 1925) and “Birth Control: The True Eugenics” (August 1928).

A couple of quotes from Margaret Sanger’s article on Birth Control and Racial Betterment:

While I personally believe in the sterilization of the feeble-minded, the insane and syphilitic, I have not been able to discover that these measures are more than superficial deterrents when applied to the constantly growing stream of the unfit. They are excellent means of meeting a certain phase of the situation, but I believe in regard to these, as in regard to other eugenic means, that they do not go to the bottom of the matter.

Eugenics without Birth Control seems to us a house builded upon the sands. It is at the mercy of the rising stream of the unfit. It cannot stand against the furious winds of economic pressure which have buffeted into partial or total helplessness a tremendous proportion of the human race. Only upon a free, self-determining motherhood can rest any unshakable structure of racial betterment.

1921 Margaret Sanger founded the American Birth Control League.

1922 The American Eugenics Society was founded by Irving Fisher, Madison Grant, Harry H. Laughlin, Henry Fairfield Osborn, and Henry Crampton. It later became the Society for the Study of Social Biology in 1973 after Roe V. Wade was released, and eventually the Society for Biodemography and Social Biology. It was formed after the second international conference on Eugenics in New York in 1921, with its focus on population control, genetics, eugenic health, and medical genetics. Osborn was quoted stating, “Birth control and abortion are turning out to be great eugenic advances of our time.”

1926 Margaret Sanger stated in her autobiography that she had addressed the women’s branch of the Ku Klux Klan, who were a group against blacks, Catholics, and Jews. Planned Parenthood has recently denounced Sanger’s address to the Ku Klux Klan, after it was put in the spotlight.

1927 The Kaiser Wilhelm Institute of Anthropology, Human Heredity, and Eugenics was founded in Berlin, Germany. During the Nazi era, it was strongly associated with theories of Nazi eugenics and racial hygiene. Between 1937-1938 they analyzed 600 children descending from French-African soldiers in Nazi Germany, and later sterilized them.

1927 Supreme court Buck V. Bell, the state of Virginia sought to sterilize Carrie Buck for giving birth to a baby out of wedlock. Supreme Court Justice Wendell Holmes ruled against Buck, declaring “It is better for all the world, if instead of waiting to execute degenerate offspring for crime, or to let them starve for imbecility, society can prevent those who are manifestly unfit from continuing their kind…Three generations of imbeciles is enough.” And so it was – legitimized by the Supreme Court. It wasn’t until the 1970s that state legislatures began repealing these laws.

Margaret Sanger endorsed this decision. Adolph Hitler himself was impressed, and the Nazi’s sought advice from California in perfecting their own efforts, because California’s program was so bolden.

1933 Borrowing from Harry Laughlin’s Model Law, the German Nazi governmentadopted a law that provided legal basis for sterilizing more than 350,000 people. Laughlin published a translation of the German Law for the Prevention of Defective Progeny in The Eugenical News, and was awarded an honorary degree from the University of Heidelberg in 1936, in tribute for his work in “the science of racial cleansing.”

1939 Controversial statement by Margaret Sanger: She reiterated the need for black ministers to head up the “negro project” in a letter to Clarence Gamble in Dec. 1939, stating “We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.”

Planned Parenthood created a fact sheet debunking it was a racist statement, but when reviewing some of Sanger’s articles, it paints a different story. Planned Parenthood also states that the comments circulating about Sanger calling black people, poor peoples, Slavs, Latins, and Hebrews “human weeds,” originated from an anonymous flyer.

Despite Planned Parenthood’s denial of being racist or having a population agenda – otherwise known as eugenics in this case – poor and minority areas have always been a target of theirs, as well as eugenicists. Live Action recently contacted Planned Parenthood to ask “if they would accept donations to specifically abort black babies.” The response was alarming.
